This is the sound of the all-electric Tesla Semi. Deliveries of the new Production Version begin this year: • Long Range model has 500 miles of range with a full payload. • 1.7 kWh per mile efficiency (average diesel semis are roughly 5–7 kWh per mile equivalent energy use). • Tri-motor powertrain with 800 kW of power (~1,073 hp), 3x the power of the average diesel semi. • The battery in the Semi is designed to last 1M miles. • Standard Range model (325 mi) has a similar turning radius as a Tesla Model 3/Y. • 0.4 drag coefficient. • Independent truckers are able to buy a Semi for use, not just fleet owners. • Semi fleet uptime is at 95% due to extremely low maintenance and reliability. • Integrated safety features in the Semi protect not just the driver but others on the road as well. • Future wireless charging. • Semi uses the same 4680 battery cells found in the Cybertruck. • Semi can power a whole refrigeration trailer or any powered unit. The technology is shared with Cybertruck Powershare.

@JeremyCom You’re comparing inc tax only. Newsom’s argument is total burden. TX funds itself through regressive sales + excise taxes that hammer low earners. Also, $500 is real money at $25k. On top of that you moved the goalposts to his argument. That’s not a rebuttal.

Is Gavin Newsom’s claim that Texas and Florida are “the REAL high-tax states” true? NO. It’s false. Let’s break this down. Here’s approximately where each state ranks at $50,000, $100,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 of annual income with notes below. $50,000 •California - 4th highest •Texas: ~ 34th •Florida: ~43rd $100,000 •California - 4th •Texas: ~ 34th •Florida: ~43rd $500,000 •California - 1st •Texas: ~ 40th •Florida: ~43rd $1,000,000 •California - 1st •Texas: ~ 43rd •Florida: ~45th California has the highest state income tax rate in the U.S. (up to 13.3% but even at $50,000 it’s effectively around 2-3%), while Texas and Florida have no state income tax (0%). CA has the highest gasoline tax. TX and FL significantly lower. Just compare per gallon cost all in. CA also has among the highest sales taxes (base 7.25%, with many cities near or above 10%), while Texas has 6.25% base (up to 8.25% combined) and Florida has 6% base (7–7.5% combined). CA has high vehicle registration fees tied to vehicle value (~0.65%) while Texas registration is mostly flat ($50–$80 per year) and Florida typically ranges $45–$85 depending on vehicle weight. CA has the highest capital gains taxed as ordinary income up to 13.3%, while TX and FL are 0%. CA has a relatively high corporate tax rate of 8.84% compared with TX franchise tax (0.375–0.75% of revenue depending on business type) and Florida’s corporate income tax of 5.5%. This is a lie rivaling the lies told about the Palisades fire. Jeremy Padawer Pacificpalisades.com @spencerpratt @415FirePhoto @Hotshot_Movie

The Switzerland Method doesn't tell you to stop drinking. It shows you how to replace every function alcohol serves—by asking better questions. You're a high-achiever. You've tried everything. AA. Rehab. Moderation apps. Quiet promises to yourself that you broke within a week. None of it worked. Not because you're weak. Not because you lack discipline. Because you were using the wrong strategy. You've been trying to fight a war between two sides of yourself. And you can't win that war. But you can end it. IT'S NOT A DRINKING PROBLEM It's a thinking problem. More precisely: it's an unresolved internal conflict. On one side of your mind, you know drinking doesn't work. It's destroying your health, your relationships, your edge. On the other side, you know alcohol gives you things you actually need. Confidence. Relief. Connection. Control. Both sides are right. That's why willpower fails. You're not fighting alcohol. You're fighting yourself. THE THREE MINDS Most people think they have two voices: Positive Mind (the one that says "yes, drink") Negative Mind (the one that says "no, don't") And they spend their lives trying to overpower one side with the other. That's not resolution. That's suppression. And eventually suppression always detonates. There's a third mind most people never access: The Neutral Mind. The Neutral Mind doesn't fight. It doesn't take sides. It rises above the battlefield, hears both voices clearly, and integrates them toward a superior outcome. When you operate from Neutral Mind, the mental volley—the constant back-and-forth crossfire—stops. Not because you've won. Because there's nothing left to fight. THE FIVE LEVELS The Switzerland Method uses five levels to systematically resolve your internal conflicts. Not steps. Levels. Because steps are linear and fragile. Miss one and you fall back to the start. Levels are different. You can walk around in them. Explore. Integrate. And once you complete a level, you can't fall below it. Each level is a gateway. Answer the question honestly and the next level unlocks. Bullshit yourself and you stay stuck. LEVEL 1: TAKE THE HELM Gateway Question: Who is responsible? Before anything else, you take complete ownership. Not blame. Power. You didn't build your empire by blaming circumstances. You took the helm and engineered outcomes. Same rule here. At this level, you prove to yourself that you're in command. That thoughts are resources, not commands. That you have the ability to respond in ways that actually work. LEVEL 2: INTEGRITY AUDIT Gateway Question: What exactly is the conflict? This is where you expose the sophisticated bullshit keeping the war alive. The justifications. The cover stories. The rationalizations. "This is how business gets done at my level." "I've earned this." "It actually makes me sharper." None of those is the problem. The lie underneath them is. The Integrity Audit collapses the charade and gives you the raw truth: This is what's working. This is what's not. From that clarity, resolution becomes possible. LEVEL 3: SWITZERLAND Gateway Question: What is possible from neutral ground? This is the heart of the entire method. At this level, you rise above the battlefield. You hear both sides of your mind clearly. And you integrate them. When you reach Switzerland, the mental volley—the constant crossfire of opposing thoughts—stops. Dead. Not because you've won. Because there's nothing left to fight. You're no longer the man caught between two opposing forces. You're the one commanding them. LEVEL 4: EVIDENCE Gateway Question: How will I know when the problem has been completely solved and there is nothing left to fear? This is where you prove to yourself—under real fire—that you have superior tools. Not in theory. In practice. When pressure hits. When triggers fire. When chaos erupts. Each time you face a high-stakes moment and choose a superior alternative, you build evidence. By day 30, you have overwhelming proof. By day 90, the old pattern is obsolete. Not because you're resisting. Because you've proven to yourself that you have better ways of getting everything alcohol used to give you. LEVEL 5: CHARACTER Gateway Question: What are the traits to make getting what I want inevitable? Most programs end when you stop drinking and call it "success." We don't. Because stopping is just the entry fee to the real arena—the arena of character. At this level, you deliberately forge the traits that make relapse structurally impossible. Not through resistance. Through identity. THE LEVEL FIVE FORGES: Silence - 3 minutes daily facing what rises when you sit still Standards - Raising them ruthlessly everywhere, not just with alcohol Service - One act weekly with zero recognition Legacy - "When my story is told, what will they say about who I became?" Level 5 has no end date. Character development is the rest of your life. THE 90-DAY MAP Here's what the progression looks like: Days 1-7: Initial conflict resolution. The mental volley quiets. Days 8-28: New patterns forming. Old triggers lose their grip. Days 29-59: Stability. The constant war is gone. Your identity is reorganizing. Days 60-89: Full alignment. Both sides of you now choose the same thing. Not drinking feels superior. Day 90+: Zero conflict. Zero craving. Calm. Commanding. Unshakable. Accessing clarity and power beyond anything you've experienced. WHY IT WORKS The Switzerland Method works because it does something most approaches never do: It resolves the conflict instead of suppressing it. You're not fighting yourself. You're integrating yourself. You're not white-knuckling sobriety. You're engineering sovereignty. And when both sides of your mind align, the need for alcohol doesn't get "managed." It dissolves. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT Some of you will deploy this alone and succeed. I respect that. But the ones who turn progress into permanent transformation—the men who become truly unstoppable—they don't fight this war solo. Not because they're weak. Because they're smart enough to know when a spotter matters. I've spent 30 years developing this system. I've used it with clients at the highest levels. Men who can't afford to be "in recovery." Men who need this handled correctly, quietly, and permanently. If you want the complete breakdown—all five levels mapped in detail, with every exercise, tool, and progression—I've put it together for you. There's a video that walks through the entire method. And a complete report that gives you everything. No opt-in required. No sales pitch. Just the full Switzerland Method laid out so you can see if this is what you've been looking for. Learn more anonymously at switzerlandmethod.com (video + full report, no opt-in). Or DM me privately to discuss.

@MariaWChef @SD4RFKJr24 @nypost Not true. Many restaurants use canola oil or rice oil. Others, like the 5 Point Cafe and Mecca Cafe, use olive oil for pan frying and beef tallow for deep frying. Higher end restaurants often use duck fat for deep frying.

Doesn’t Washington state already raise the minimum wage annually based on CPI-W (Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers), which includes shelter and rent? And also cities like Seattle, Burien, Tukwila, Seattle-Tax and others? I don’t think Santa Fe is the first

Santa Fe is now the first city to tie the minimum wage to the cost of rent. The Santa Fe City Council voted to raise its minimum wage from $15/hr to $17.50 by 2027 — but they also added another provision. Future increases will factor in inflation, and the price of housing.

Seattle’s Chinese International District demanded something be done about the drug scenes in their community. Now, the drug scenes are in three parks south of Dr. Jose Rizal bridge blocking safe access to Lewis, Judkins, and Dr. Jose Rizal Parks. I have not seen this type of park take over since 2020. Pavilions are destroyed, trails are full of litter and fentanyl foils. @wilsonformayor @DEASEATTLEDiv @SeattleParks @komonews @JeremyHarrisTV @choeshow @SeattleCouncil Beacon Hill Neighborhood is asking for help.

But there are places for people to go…. In fact rehab agencies and recovery programs are calling us proactively with available beds, homes, treatment space… @CMSaraNelson sponsored the $300K at Lakeside Milam and it’s 24/7 access. We have graduated 4 people from the program recently. The pilot program is there and not being issued. What about Fairfax, Valley, ITUHA, Royal, Smokey Point, Olalla, Battlefield, Hope and Chance, the list goes on. Other innovative cities are putting treatment programs inside the jails. @MayorofSeattle follow working models. No, the 5 Point continues to be 24 hours and to thrive but I’m sympathetic to this post and business. The original post didn’t mention it but also due in part to the crime in Seattle business insurance has skyrocketed. And it’s also taking a toll on staff who don’t feel, and aren’t, safe. Old customers from surrounding cities no longer come to Seattle. Tourism has saved us but with conferences and cruise ships canceling even that’s not a sure thing. The current mayir has somehow figured out how to make it worse. And his opponent in the next election is even worse.
