@British_Airways it’s been a month since I requested a refund. I’ve attempted to call several times to see what’s going on but apparently you’re ‘too busy to take my call’ and hang up with no other option to get in contact. How am I supposed to get my money back??

@davidn000 Hi David, we're really sorry about this it looks like a processing error with the order, but I can see that the upgraded blind was dispatched yesterday and should be out for delivery later today. We'll refund the charge for the upgrade, that should be back in your account soon :)

@AldiUK your BBQ delivery is awful! Picked delivery for yesterday. Text this morning telling me it's arriving today. The courier @xdpexpress is incompetent (try 15 times to call - caller is busy. Then get through and wait for ages and then just rings with no pick up). Ridiculous.
