@metadaddy @tom_peters Pat - I found the same but unfortunately over the years my accent has become more mid-atlantic. Folks in the UK call me on it and folks in the US think I am just another American with a quirky accent.

@tom_peters I’m originally from England, with quite a ‘BBC’ accent (or lack of an accent!). In my 20 years working in the US, which has included lots of public speaking, I’ve found that to be quite advantageous! People tell me I sound smarter and more trustworthy 🤷🏼‍♂️
