Reality has started to kick in. Yesterday, while speaking at a burial in Rift Valley, Ruto said in Kalenjin, “Why are our people not registering as voters? You are giving me a hard job by forcing me to seek support elsewhere while I have people back at home.” But why is the president worried that his tribesmen are not registering?
There’s no need for them to register. His henchmen told them that they would stuff the votes. But honestly, where is the development in exchange for votes? He only remembers that Rift Valley exists when it’s time for elections.
The president should also know that even those who turn up for registration won’t necessarily fill his voting basket,, he should be guided. After all, he doesn’t invite us to State House like other tribes to receive handouts. If things are falling apart in your own backyard, how can you expect massive support from other regions?
Whether a stone falls on an egg or an egg falls on a stone, the result is the same. Whether they register or not, he is still a WANTAM president. Now that he has started addressing his people in Kalenjin, will Farouk Kiberiti call him tribal for speaking in his mother tongue?

Kibaki left a national debt of KES 1.8 trillion.
Uhuru Kenyatta left a debt of KES 8.6 trillion. #TheTruthVsTheTrend!
Uhuru inherited a strong economy, spending a paltry KES 300 million on debt servicing.
Ruto came in when the country’s fiscal space was very tight. Kenya had been listed among 6 African countries that were about to default on debt obligation. Inflation was through the roof.
Over 60% of revenue is spent on paying interest accrued on debts borrowed by Uhuru.
Very little is left for development.
Despite all this, Ruto has delivered in many aspects as compared to Uhuru.
In 3 years, Ruto has hired 100,000 new teachers, streamlined the confusion in CBC, and constructed 23,000 new classrooms.
Inflation has plummeted from 9.6% in October 2022 to 4.4%.
The forex reserves that were lowest in the history of our country now stand at $13.3 billion, up from less than $6 billion.
Fertilizer that cost 7,500 is now KES 2,500.
Unga that was costing KES 250 is now trading at between KES 110 and 150.
Coffee farmers are smiling all the way to the bank because of the best prices they are getting, from KES 50 to between KES 120 and 160.
Ruto has in fact created 842,000 new jobs, way better than Uhuru Kenyatta ever did.

Recusal of a judge of the Supreme Court sitting to hear a presidential petition is not tenable.
The rule and the previous custom and practice has been that the bench of SEVEN must sit as a whole.
So Judge Katwat Kigen’s recommendation that he can recuse himself during a presidential petition is not founded in law.
Recusing himself during the presidential petition would seriously affect the quorum of the court, thus rendering it inoperative.
This means that the Supreme Court would never have the jurisdiction to hear the petition.
Now think about his proposal politically. x.com/ntvkenya/statu…

@jumaf3 Are those pools in the same premise?if not you will have to pay for them in the area of operation separately as they are.
English

Dear Kenyans, so, today, Kanjo guys from Nairobi County, reached out to my pool place which is under a bar and restaurant, and said, there is a new roll where every pool table has to pay Ksh 10,000 for a licence. If you have 3 pool tables like I am, I have to pay Ksh 30,000. When was this law passed and who authorized it? Is there such a law in place? And if I have 3 pool tables, why not treat them as a single business? @SakajaJohnson, answer this please. They have given us 3 days to pay... 😆😆😆. This country is sick.

Speaking on a podcast over the weekend, Kamene Goro refers to her husband as ‘trash’ as she shockingly reveals how she nearly died in hospital and that her husband never went to see her. I said it the other time: the moment she failed to recognize her husband during a Thanksgiving video she did after being discharged from the hospital, I knew something was wrong.
Now she has gone public to trash-talk her DJ husband as a very useless being. I’ll say it again, no fat woman is in a happy marriage or relationship. The DJ meets fine petite girls out there while in the line of duty. Kamene refused to do something about her weight,, it became unbearable for the husband, and probably he stopped being attracted to her.
She also continued moving from one club to the other, drinking alcohol & smoking Shisha even after tying the knot. But the Dj knew exactly what he was getting himself too. Now here we are, staring at another messy divorce, but the good thing is that there is no child involved. The couple were yet to be blessed with a young Kamene. For avoidance of doubt, the economic reasons why a country’s level of development impacts pump prices are diametrically different from those implied by President William Ruto in his comments as to why oil prices in Kenya are the highest for the region.
Diplomatically, such insinuations are completely unjustifiable. They may easily pass as bullying from big brother or looking down upon not only our neighbours but also strategic allies in development. This is especially so given that it is not the first time the President has made such misplaced comparisons.
