@DaltonBMiller He's closer to 6% than 20%. You don't see rear delt or tricep separation on a relaxed frame at anywhere near 20% BF.

I’m not going at Lance here at all. I don’t expect everyone to understand bf%. This isn’t close to 6%. Bodybuilders on stage are 4-7% with striated glutes and their faces literally sunk in. This is closer to 20. He just has A LOT of muscle and good ab genetics.!

@BFCbennett Why are your owners not spending to get you out of League One? Seems mad they are so ruch and are happy languishing in the 3rd tier.

@domhowson At this point, should we be classifying him as an asset or a liability? Hopefully, there's a relegation wage reduction clause; otherwise, we're stuck with a high earner who's not performed for nearly 2 seasons.

2/2 But isn’t there an argument Henrik Pedersen should give Ugbo some game time to see if he can find some form in the final weeks of the season? He’s under contract for next year. He’s a £2.5m asset. His value has gone down. A good run could change things. #SWFC 🦉⚽️

now imagine this on a brain where the prefrontal cortex has barely started developing, where dopamine sensitivity is an order of magnitude higher than adults, and every neural pathway is being wired from scratch in real time thats a toddler with an ipad giving a 2 year old short-form video is for all intents and purposes indistinguishable from giving them cocaine. same reward pathway, same dopamine hijack, zero executive function to regulate it, and a brain that won't even finish developing before being irreparably compromised ipad kids are brain damaged and the parents who did it to them for a "quiet dinner" (read: lazy) should be treated exactly the way we would treat anyone who gives cocaine to toddlers
Nicholas Fabiano, MD@NTFabiano

Addiction to short-form videos reduces brain activity in the frontal lobe weakening the ability to focus.

@KatColeATL @oasishealthapp It’s difficult to compare AG1 though, because you hide the individual doses of the product. What is quite obvious though, is how spirulina heavy it is.

AG1 is the most clinically studied single product of anything remotely similar (4 double blind placebo controlled randomized human trials that showed AG1 covers nutrient gaps and supports gut health). drinkag1.com/science Why don't you compare similar type of products and how may human trials on the finished product have been concluded that show benefits? Check your facts - that was a pilot study designed to prove safety and inform more human trials in 2023 - not new as you say and not designed for benefit. The person amplifying that and sharing as if it's all that is out there is promoting their own products that are not NSF for Sport nor are their multinutirent powders supported by human trials on the finished formula like AG1 is. The way real research works is you do pilots to inform studies. Studies must be designed for a limited focus to be scientifically valid. I know posts get rewarded for rage, but if you are really about science and quality, you would share AG1 actually has multiple human trials (not act as if a pilot study designed to show safety and income future research is material in proof of efficacy). You are also aware the brand posted that in these feeds - x.com/drink_AG1/stat… Post the truth, recognize brands actually doing the work on quality and research, and stop spreading fear and spin.

You may want to cancel your AG1 subscription A new clinical study tracked 30 healthy adults for 4 weeks and found no significant changes in blood biomarkers vs placebo: - Digestive improvement not statistically significant - Gut diversity unchanged - No metabolic or inflammatory benefits - Did enrich some beneficial bacteria Other cheaper supplements outperform AG1 Chicory Inulin - Significantly increased beneficial bacteria - Improved stool frequency (p=0.038) - Reduced inflammatory bacteria Resistant starch - 41% insulin reduction in elderly (p=0.009) - 7% glucose reduction (p=0.03) (Both studies were 3x longer and tested elderly/people with health issues) Independent testing also found heavy metal concerns detecting 2.1 mcg of lead per serving in AG1 (4x health threshold) Whole food alternatives: - Chicory inulin powder - Sauerkraut or kimchi - Cooked and cooled potatoes/rice (resistant starch) - Dark leafy greens - Ground flaxseed Supplement brands can no longer be fully trusted so we created the Oasis app so you can track the latest supplement testing and research

@davidstache Kara I like but over the past year I’m +10u (25 for me at 2.5u stakes) , so it’s not been enough considering the swings . Probably one I’ll return to. Houdini made sense to me as it’s overnight but had a real tough run in Jan, so cutting it there.

I’m in exactly the same boat as this pro punter. Some poor soul in Betfair’s back office must be staring at these cases thinking: (a) This is utterly ridiculous (b) It’s actively killing liquidity and driving sharp money elsewhere (c) It’s straight-up costing the company serious revenue and market share Sort it out, Betfair. You’re shooting yourselves in the foot.
Kieran Ward@MakeBettingPay

I know of a pro, you know him too Pete, who has won £millions on BF over the last 20 years. Withdrew his balance a couple of years ago because was using it less and less due to dwindling liquidity. When he tried to deposit a couple of grand a while laterfor cricket trading, he was told he needed to prove source of funds before he could deposit He told them 'You know where the funds come from and you know what I do for a living.' To no avail and, as a result, he can no longer bet on BF. Ludicrous.

@gregogallagher A BJJ Blue belt against any guy who’s never trained any martial arts, the BJJ guy wins a street fight every time.

BJJ is the most overrated martial art for real-life violence. I’ve been in seven street situations that turned violent. Not once did BJJ matter. Not once did it come into play. Yes, things can go to the ground but that’s not where you want to be. The ground is concrete. You’re not in a gym. You’re not rolling. You’re not hunting a triangle choke. Ideally, you hit someone, they go down, you drop your knee on their belly, you hit them again and you leave. You do not want to be on the ground. He could have a knife. He could bite you. He could grab your balls. He could have friends. Once it’s 100%, BJJ isn’t BJJ anymore. Every real situation I’ve been in was incredibly violent. Adrenaline hits. You don’t feel anything. There are no fancy moves. It’s pure muscle memory. It’s two animals clashing. And often they have friends that jump in. The most effective thing by far is being athletic, strong, powerful, and having fast, accurate punches. Hit clean. Hit fast. If their head drops, knee them. If they get wobbly, grab them, throw them down, hit again then leave immediately. You don’t go in with a pre-planned “I’m gonna get this headlock.” That’s not a thing. If the opportunity comes naturally, take it. If it doesn’t, don’t chase it. Any actual trained fighter knows this: trying to force a technique gets you hurt. And not being willing to throw a punch is a terrible strategy. The will tell you once it passes the threshold, hit them first. And once you’re safe you’re gone. You don’t hang around the venue. You don’t stay nearby. That’s how people get jumped later. A little BJJ is fine. Knowing positioning is fine. Knowing how to get up is fine. But BJJ cannot be your strategy. It works at 70% like dealing with a drunk relative. At 100%, it collapses. Intentionally going to the ground and staying there is one of the dumbest things you can do Real violence rewards: •Speed •Accuracy •Pressure •And the ability to disengage instantly Anyone who disagrees with this simply hasn’t been in real fights. That’s the reality.

@TWFootball1867 Fan blaming for youth not reaching their potential is a stretch. We’re a big club, that’s had near 30 years of being terribly run in divisions lower than owners and fans want, lack of funding for the academy, owners wanting instant success - that’s why youth doesn’t progress here

The comments made about another one of our young players over the last 24 hours is again not good to see - putting it mildly. 20 years old. A full international. 16 senior goals at 20 years old. 8 goals in half a season in the league we are going to. A host of championship clubs monitoring him. Past PL interest. New bid from an SPL team. Verdict from Owls twitter - not good enough. I don't care how many people unfollow me or don't like what I'm about to say, but this is (part) of the reason why young players never reach their potential at this club and leave. And part of the reason why we do not have the success other clubs have who have a salubrious environment for young players to play. Players read these tweets and are very aware of what is being said. Cadz has such a high ceiling. His physical attributes demand he play at L1 for his entire career at a very minimum. A little refining of his technical ability, movement and game understanding will determine where he lads. He could go right the way to the top and be a PL striker if he gets it right. However, that becomes more and more unlikely when a 20 year old is reading comments online that our fans will drive him to Scotland for what is an undervalue bid. It knocks their confidence. And honestly, it makes me think we deserve our current situation of this is how we treat our young players.

When you try to lose weight, you avoid sugar, carbs, seed oils, do 24+ hour prolonged fasts, and go "Carnivore". When you want your dog to lose weight, you put less food in his bowl and walk him more.
