🚨 Warning to all @digitec & @galaxus customers: their “extended warranty” service is more a scam than protection. I bought water-resistant AirPods Pro 2 (IP54). After a minor issue, they refused warranty, claiming “humidity damage.” Seriously? On a water-resistant product?

Their tech report doesn’t match the real condition of the product, and they even mentioned damage on the wrong part. I pay for a 5-year protection plan, but Digitec refuses to take responsibility. Feels like a system built to collect fees and deny claims.
