@dchiluk Hello David, I read your incredible post about the cpu throttle issue in Dec 2019.I'm having the same issue with containerized applications. High cpu throttle, low cpu usage (with limits).OS-RHEL 8, kernel version: 4.18.0-305.34 which contains a fixed version. any hints?
