ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రీ స్కూల్ విధానం ప్రవేశపెట్టాలన్న ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి @revanth_anumula గారు చెప్పారు. ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా విధానంలో ప్రాథమిక స్థాయిల్లోనే అస్పష్టత ఉన్నదని గమనించి, ఆలోచన చేసి ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో నర్సరీ, ఎల్‌కేజీ, యూకేజీ విధానం ప్రవేశపెట్టాలన్న ఆలోచన చేసినట్టు వివరించారు. ❇️అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా గతేడాది శంకుస్థాపన చేసిన యంగ్ ఇండియా పోలీస్ స్కూల్ (#YIPS) ను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ప్రారంభించారు. హైదరాబాద్ మంచిరేవులలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన పోలీస్ స్కూల్‌ను ప్రారంభించిన అనంతరం ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు మాట్లాడారు. ❇️విద్య, ఉద్యోగం, ఆరోగ్యం ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వ ప్రథమ ప్రాధాన్యతలు. దేశ భవిష్యత్తు తరగతి గదుల్లో ఉందని సంపూర్ణంగా విశ్వసిస్తున్నా. తరగతి గదులను బలంగా నిర్మించినప్పుడే ఈ దేశ భవిష్యత్తు ఉజ్వలంగా ఉంటుంది. ప్రజలు మాకిచ్చిన అధికారం ప్రజలకు ఉపయోగపడాలి. భవిష్యత్తు తరాలకు ఉపయోగపడాలి. యంగ్ ఇండియా మా బ్రాండ్. అందుకోసం ప్రభుత్వం అన్ని విధాలుగా పనిచేస్తుంది. ❇️ప్రభుత్వ బేసిక్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌లో విధానంలోనే చిన్న అస్పష్టత ఉన్నదని నిపుణులతో ఎడ్యుకేషన్ కమిషన్ వేశాం. నిపుణులతో చర్చించాం. ప్రభుత్వ బడుల్లో ప్రీస్కూల్ విధానం ప్రవేశపెట్టాలని ఆలోచన చేశాం. ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లల్లో ఎలాగైతే పిల్లలకు రవాణా సౌకర్యం ఉంటుందో అదే తరహాలో నిరుపేద కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు ఉచితంగా రవాణా సదుపాయాలు కల్పించి వారికి ఉత్తమమైన ప్లే స్కూల్ విద్యను అందించాలని నిర్ణయించాం. ❇️రాష్ట్రంలో 29 వేల ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లు ఉంటే, వాటిల్లో 18.50 లక్షల మంది పిల్లలు చదువుతున్నారు. ప్రైవేటులో 11,500 స్కూళ్లు ఉంటే వాటిల్లో 30 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో అత్యుత్తమ క్వాలిఫికేషన్స్ ఉన్న వారు పని చేస్తున్నప్పటికీ విద్యార్థులు చేరడం లేదంటే మన విధానంలోనే లోపం ఎక్కడుందో ఆలోచన చేశాం. ❇️5 సంవత్సరాల వయసు ఉంటేనే ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లకు పంపాలన్న నిబంధన ఉంది. అదే ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లల్లో నర్సరీ, ఎల్‌కేజీ, యూకేజీ అంటూ విధానం ఉండటంతో తల్లిదండ్రులు ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లల్లో చేర్పిస్తున్నారు. మూడేళ్లు ప్రైవేటు స్కూళ్లల్లో చదివించి ఒకటవ తరగతికి ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్లకు ఎవరూ మార్చడం లేదు. ❇️విధి నిర్వహణలో కాలం గడుపుతూ కుటుంబాలకు సమయం ఇవ్వలేక, పిల్లల చదువులపై సరైన దృష్టిని సారించలేక వారు ఎలా చదువుకుంటున్నారో తెలియక ఆందోళన పడుతున్న పోలీసు సిబ్బందికి యంగ్ ఇండియా పోలీస్ స్కూల్ ఒక మంచి అవకాశం. హోంగార్డు నుంచి డీజీపీ స్థాయి అధికారి వరకు కాకీ డ్రెస్ వేసుకునే ప్రతి పోలీసుకు ఈ స్కూల్ అత్యంత ప్రాముఖ్యమైనది. ❇️పోలీసు సిబ్బంది ఆలోచన, వారిలోని ఆవేదనపై నాకు ఒక స్పష్టమైన అవగాహన ఉంది. గతంలో పాలించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రులకు ఒక్కో అంశంపై ఒక్కొక్కరు ప్రాధాన్యతగా ఒక బ్రాండ్‌ను క్రియేట్ చేసినట్టే యంగ్ ఇండియా అన్నది మా బ్రాండ్. ❇️పెద్ద పెద్ద సంస్థల భాగస్వామ్యంతో స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. #YISU తో పాటు, యంగ్ ఇండియా స్పోర్ట్స్ యూనివర్సిటీ, యంగ్ ఇండియా స్పోర్ట్స్ అకాడమీ మొదలుపెట్టుకున్నాం. మాస్టర్స్ చేయడానికి వీలు కల్పించాలన్న ఉద్దేశంతో స్కిల్స్ యూనివర్సిటీలో డిగ్రీని కూడా ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. ఆ వర్సిటీలో మొదటి బ్యాచ్‌కు నూటికి నూరు శాతం ఉద్యోగాలు వచ్చాయి. ❇️ఇదే కాకుండా ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనారిటీ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూల్స్ విషయంలో కూడా 58 నియోజకవర్గాల్లో యంగ్ ఇండియా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ రెసిడెన్షియల్ స్కూళ్లను చేపట్టాం. ❇️ఆర్మీ స్కూల్, సైనిక్ స్కూల్, డిఫెన్స్ అకాడమీ అంటూ రకరకాల బ్రాండింగ్‌తో గొప్ప గొప్ప స్కూళ్లు ఉన్నట్టుగానే సమాజంలో నిత్యం సేవలు అందిస్తున్న పోలీసు కుటుంబాల పిల్లల భవిష్యత్తు తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్న ఉద్దేశంతో పోలీసు స్కూలును ప్రారంభించాం. ❇️పోలీసు స్కూల్‌లో చదివామన్న ఒక బ్రాండ్‌ను క్రియేట్ చేసుకోవడానికి ఈ స్కూల్ ను తీర్చిదిద్దాలి. అందుకు ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా సహకరిస్తుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా నేను మీతో ఉంటా. నిధులు, అనుమతులు ఏం కావాలన్నా ఇబ్బంది రాదని మాట ఇస్తున్నా. కేజీ నుంచి పీజీ వరకు మీ స్కూల్‌ను మీరు తీర్చిదిద్దుకోండి. ❇️హైదరాబాద్ చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న ఎన్నో కంపెనీలకు పోలీసులు రక్షణ కల్పిస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. కార్పొరేట్ సోషల్ రెస్పాన్సిబిలిటీ కింద ఆ సంస్థలు కొన్ని నిధులను అందించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఉంది. పోలీస్ స్కూల్‌కు వంద కోట్లతో కార్పస్ ఫండ్ ఉండే విధంగా ఆలోచనలు చేయండి. అందుకు అవసరమైన సహకాన్ని ప్రభుత్వం అందిస్తుంది. ❇️తక్కువ సమయంలో మంచి క్యాంపస్‌ను తయారు చేసినందుకు అభినందనలు. పోలీసు కుటుంబాల పిల్లలు వీలైనంత మందిని ఇక్కడ చదివించుకోండి. వారికి ఇంకా మెరుగైన వసతులు ఏర్పాటు చేయడంపై ఆలోచన చేద్దాం. విద్య విషయంలో ఏమాత్రం రాజీ పడొద్దు. మీ పిల్లల్లో స్ఫూర్తిని నింపండి” అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు చెప్పారు. ❇️ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రి @Min_SridharBabu గారు, లోక్‌సభ సభ్యులు @KVishReddy గారు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, @TelanganaDGP జితేందర్ గారు, @CPHydCity, యంగ్ ఇండియా పోలీస్ అకాడమీ, స్కూల్ ఇంచార్జ్ సీవీ ఆనంద్ గారు, గ్రేహౌండ్స్ అదనపు డీజీ స్టీఫెన్ రవీంద్ర గారు, ఇతర పోలీసు ఉన్నతాధికారులు, పోలీసు కుటుంబ సభ్యులు హాజరయ్యారు. @TelanganaCOPs #YoungIndiaPoliceSchool #TelanganaRising
