@nielsenc @USDOT Yes! They cancelled the flight go THURSDAY that I was booked on yesterday (12/26). That is not weather, that is poor planning and understaffing.

USDOT is concerned by Southwest’s unacceptable rate of cancellations and delays & reports of lack of prompt customer service. The Department will examine whether cancellations were controllable and if Southwest is complying with its customer service plan.

@SouthwestAir You cannot tell me a cancellation 3 days in advance is weather related. You need to refund people’s money.
