@BasedIllinoisan Trump implied he wouldn't endorse him, right? Without Trump's endorsement, he is hopeless, so Trump probably already told him he won't get it.

Matthew Perna’s funeral was attended by people who traveled from several states, many of whom had never met him in person. Some only knew him through Facebook. His online guest book received more than 10,000 entries from people all over the world, yet not one came from a member of Congress. The funeral home said they had never received so many flowers before. Many were sent by complete strangers. An honor guard from Ohio asked permission to stand watch at Matthew’s casket during the viewing and funeral. At first, we were confused because Matthew was not a veteran. Two guards came. During the funeral, they performed a flag-folding ceremony and handed the flag to my brother. We were still confused, so afterward we asked why they had done this, since Matthew had never served in the military. They told us that if they had been allowed to give him a 21-gun salute, they would have. They said they had heard Matthew’s story, and of all the funerals they had ever stood guard for, he was the most patriotic men they had ever honored.

btw this guy is a prime example of what i spoke about in yesterday's video rightoids who are pro-gerrymandering when they do it and anti-gerrymandering when democrats do it, simply because they want to topple the current system, are actually just bad people

The South Carolina Senate just invoked cloture on the second reading of the bill to redraw the state's congressional map. Republicans are on the verge of their 17th nominal redistricting pickup of the cycle. Not all of these seats are going to flip in November. Democrats are favored to hold OH-1 and TX-28, for example. But many of these seats are essentially guaranteed to flip.

if you spend your career lying, smearing, & trying to crush opposition, you will not receive support in your time of need if you toy around with propaganda that suggests dems & republicans are “the same”, you will not receive support when the republicans win and come for you this should be a lesson in truth & grace, perhaps he’ll reconsider how he dangerously conflates the two parties from now on!!

🚨 BREAKING: Hasan Piker addressed the reported Treasury investigation on his livestream, and even he admits the news is “not great.” “I’m not gonna lie to you guys. It’s not great. The news is not great, OK? I mean, it’s bullshit, but still not great that they’re after your boy. They’re up my ass.” He then joked with viewers chanting “free me,” responding: “Free me, free me. I can’t believe I’m saying that.” For all the bravado, Hasan clearly understands this is serious.

@Leddy_Sean What if the judge didn't allow exonerating evidence like videos of cops waving people in or doing fistbumps with protesters? Still not weaponized?

It’s not weaponization when everyone is found guilty by a jury of their peers and every appeal is lost. Republicans are offended when they get caught, not for actually committing the crimes.

Instead of the $1.776 billion fund established by Trump, would these far-left activists prefer that the DOJ approve settlements for all individual tort claims filed by J6 defendants and others? I’d support that approach as well, because the total payout would likely exceed the current fund by a factor of ten.

@mementovixen @violetxsylus @cobwebsoupp you seem stupid. the idea is that OP parked normally to spite the sociopathic SUV driver, the SUV didn't like that so they slashed OP's tires. maybe some random passerby slashed the tires for some unknown reason but its highly likely the SUV driver did it.

@SteveBresnen Tell that to Matthew’s family.
🇺🇸RealRobert🇺🇸@Real_RobN

Here is: Matthew Perna (seen in a red sweatshirt) on January 6, walking calmly inside the Capitol building for only 14 minutes to protest the overthrow of his government on November 3—after being invited in by Capitol Police, no less. Matthew pleaded guilty to the initial charges, believing he would face 6–12 months in prison. Only after pleading guilty did the domestic terrorists within the Department of Justice inform Matthew that they would seek a TERRORISM enhancement to his sentence, increasing his potential sentence to 9 years in federal prison. Just four days after receiving this news, Matthew went into his garage, put a fucking rope around his neck, and hung himself. In other words, they deliberately went after Americans and brought down the full weight of the U.S. government, including a death sentence, to prove a point—that November 3 was the ‘most secure election in U.S. history’. What’s worse? Not a single court stepped in while American citizens were being handed death sentences in D.C.’s gulag without due process for years—including the Supreme Court—yet they were there every step of the way to protect criminal gang members from third-world countries while deliberately ignoring the Alien Enemies Act. While the backstabber John Thune Sabotaging the $1.776 anti weaponization fund. Now, where the fuck is the United States Attorney General? And damn you, the state media—every single one of you. @POTUS @VP @FBIDirectorKash @GeriPerna

Well, well: Noticed all the false statements J6ers & their sycophants are making to get YOUR $ from Trump's slush fund? Check out the Federal False Claims Act: justice.gov/civil/false-cl… See where QUI TAM actions allow private citizens to bring suits to recover $ & penalties when false statements are made to get government $. LAWYERS: Saddle up.

Apparently none of these former defendants remember that it was they who planned the January 6th Attack on social media. Not the FBI or whatever latest smoothbrained iteration of their litany of lies they're going with today.

@BonkDaCarnivore Your post is legally accurate, but is not the practical reality. DHS has issued internal guidance that they only need administrative warrants to enter a home, and that guidance has not been invalidated by a court. Today, ICE regularly enters homes with administrative warrants.

The comments on this post are deliciously ignorant. The only time an administrative warrant can be used to enter a home fall under 3 circumstances: 1, you invite them in, 2, the person they're after poses what's known as an exigent threat, and 3, there are some VERY rare municipal regulation corner cases that basically never apply. Yet the entire comment section is full of "they don't need to ask, they can just come in, nobody in the home has rights" etc. etc. We really shouldn't let stupid people vote. And I'm not even pro-illegal alien; I just think everything has to be done by the book, and also stopped supporting anything ICE does when they started killing citizens and getting away with it.
ziks@zicobarre

He told the police to come back with a judicial warrant before stepping into his home. Knowing your rights can make all the difference.

@sleepy_devo It *is* their playbook, both sides ignores the context of who did it the most. Note though, you don't mention *why* the reps said no. All of those bills where attached to poison pills that Reps would never agree to because it would grant massive advantages to Dems.

@JLM4CivilRights @PaulMSherman Yes, that statement would not work for exactly that reason. When the guru says "I see a blue-eyed person", that informs the blue-eyed people that all the other blue-eyed people know that there is at least one person on the island with blue eyes. Your statement does not do that.

@deadbeef333 @PaulMSherman But would that answer be any different if the Guru said “today is Day 1 for anyone with blue eyes.” Which does not imply that anyone actually has blue eyes.

@ElectionCenter_ They would just throw out the early votes for congress and hold those elections at another date. The bill already has a measure for that.
