@debsdon58 Hi Debbie, these cannot be accessed directly through our digital channels but you can order your tax certificate by logging on to Online Banking (select savings account - manage account - account servicing - how do I a request tax certificate). - Phil

@British_Airways I booked flights with Easyjet thinking that you had cancelled my flight. I have incurred a £30 charge for cancelling the easyJet flights and believe I should be reimbursed by BA. To whom should I send my claim? Deborah Donaldson

@British_Airways so you send me an email telling me my flight is cancelled. after 8 hours trying, unsuccessfully, to get through on the “customer service” helpline, I have spent £300 on a one way ticket on easyJet to MALAGA and now BA have reinstated our flight!! What a shambles
