Not sure how fortunate these college basketball players know they are right now. We got guys who averaged single-digit points a game last season making nearly 4 million this year. And all guys got 10, 15, 20 years ago was a scholarship and a bagel — without cream cheese.

Tanner Horner abducted and killed Athena Strand while delivering a Barbie to her home in North Texas. In newly released footage, Horner could be heard whining to police about how he won't be able to watch his son grow up if he goes to prison. The best freight doesn’t make it to load boards. Good brokers have a committed group of carriers they take care of and never have to post loads on a board unless something bad goes wrong. And when they grow and get more work, their carrier partners do too. I never bought into the whole “brokers are bad” narrative simply because it isn’t true. Are their bad apples, absolutely. But the ones that do good business will make your life much easier. With that said, the ultimate goal is to go direct to customer but it’s a process that YOU have to put in the work for. Stop the entitlement theory in thinking because you have a truck it entitles you to freight…. Business is a contact sport, put your pads on and meet your competition in the hole….
