@dammiedammie35 I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it. APC is not a political party but a satanic, occult, and an ev!l gang fashioned against Nigerians. Their mission is to put more Nigerians into poverty and to inflict more pain on the common man. APC❌❌❌

Damm! Power and women should never even be in the same sentence. I didn’t do Boi-Boi, but I can relate to this guy pain . After school, I worked as a feedmill manager at a poultry and piggery farm in Anambra. There was also a female manager.… she acted like a mini god because she was having an affair with the owner of the farm(He is a popular politician during Goodluck Jonathan regime ). For no reason, she kept frustrating my life. I’ve always been someone who minds his business and stays in my lane. But somehow, she always found a way to block that lane. We were both graduates managing different sections of the farm. My section even has higher responsibility because i did both the calculations and physical work involve (I and my boys produces and distributes nothing less than 2 tons of feed daily) . Yet I was earning ₦30,000 while she was collecting ₦70,000. Even with that gap , she still wouldn’t let me be. She constantly shows me that she is in charge. This girl sacs and employs new workers everyday. Infact throughout my stay in the farm, i have counted like 20+ people that left the farm out of their will. One morning, I got to work and the gatemen stopped me. They said she gave strict instructions that I shouldn’t be allowed in. Imagine that. My own workplace, and I was standing outside like a stranger. Meanwhile, everyone else walked in freely. Even the workers under me passed me and entered. I called her, she didn’t pick. I called the farm owner, expecting him to act like a leader. Instead, he told me to wait outside until he arrived. So I stood there. Under the sun. Like I didn’t matter. He came around 11:30am, drove past me without even acknowledging me, and went inside. After some time, the gatemen told me Oga said I should come in and resume work, as if nothing had happened. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I waited one day… two days. He never called me, never asked questions, never addressed the situation. Because i wanted to know what i did to deserve such. That was when it became clear to me… that women truly get power, but na man de allow it. On the third day, I was done. I wrote my resignation letter, walked straight into his office unannounced , and spoke my mind. I said things I would normally be too afraid to say to big man and a politician. I dropped the letter on his table and walked out without even listening to him. He even called his police escorts to stop me from leaving, but they were already tired of everything too. They stylishly ignored him. That day, I didn’t just leave a job. I walked away from slavery. If a woman rule this country, we are gone.

Nigerians don't really care who takes over as long as APC is out of power, and this right here is the problem. APC is nothing without its members, and these members are re-branding in the oppositions. Nigerians are trying to replace a failed system with another set of incompetent people.

Your friend didn’t “discover” anything new… he just entered farming without understanding it. Agriculture is not a fixed salary business it’s a commodity market. If you plant when everyone is planting, you will harvest when everyone is harvesting and price will crash. Simple demand vs supply, which I am sure you understand very well And I am sure you are also very verse in risk management,so risk management doesn’t apply to only your crypto portfolio,it’s a transferable skill, you can transfer it to farming Your friend didn’t lose money because “Nigeria is bad for farming” He lost money because of timing, lack of storage, and no off-take plan. Real farmers don’t pray for price they control it: • They process (garri, starch, ethanol) • They store and sell later • They secure buyers BEFORE planting • They diversify crops to hedge risk Meanwhile people will see one failed cycle and abandon land that could generate millions. Farming is not the problem. Unstructured farming is. If you treat agriculture like a side hustle, it will humble you like one.

A friend of mine and his partner invested in cassava farm in Ogun state in 2024 at N50k lease per acre. Last week, I called to check if truely I was wrong with farming in Nigeria and he told be that when they started a ton of Cassava was N120k - N140k a ton and now that it is harvest it is currently at N35k - N40k a ton. That is a very huge loss to their investment already. This is what I saw in farming that made me just leave my land alone. Many countries subsidize agriculture so farmers can survive. Profit in Agriculture is tricky.
