Housing costs are too high, and families across Maryland are feeling it every single month. That is why we introduced the Housing Certainty Act to provide clear and consistent regulatory standards so we can get more homes built across the State of Maryland. When we create certainty in the process, we make it easier to deliver more housing supply, and that is how we start bringing costs down. Another brutal killing by Trump’s ICE agents. Trump, Vance, Noem, Miller, & the whole morally depraved crew have blood on their hands. These killings are happening at their direction. They must be held accountable. Congress must cut-off funding for these heinous acts NOW!

Earlier today, both Senate President Ferguson and Speaker Jones received bomb threats at their homes. Thankfully, these threats were deemed non-credible. The Senate President and Speaker and their families are safe – and Dawn and I are grateful to the Baltimore Police Department and Maryland State Troopers for their quick response. Our administration takes threats like these seriously. I have said it before and will say it again: Violence of any type — including rhetoric and threats — will not be tolerated.

Before he became Delegate, I had the privilege of having @behler_dylan leading my campaigns, serving the people of District 30 in our Senate office, and - most importantly - as my friend. He has an unmatched work ethic, an incredibly big heart, and has hit the ground running for the constituents of District 30A.
