@HelloBenWhite @UEFA Do you think FIFA will roll back the suspended decision?
English

🚨 BREAKING: This statement from @UEFA cannot be understated - this will have huge implications on the tournament moving forward and the relationship between Europe and FIFA.
What do you all think of this situation?

@SpireJim And the bible talks about it too..."For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief."

There are people whose work you get so awed with to the point of wishing for a chance to peep into their heads to see how their brains operate as they create! When God decides to give mental gifts, sometimes he does it excessively on one head. But also, when He decides not to gift, He deprives so meanly. Unfortunately, often it is not just the deprived that suffer - even those around them.
However, such is the crazy ‘balance’ of society that, I think, it is very rare to be very intelligent and happy at the same time. First, in any society, the very intelligent are the minority. Second, the more intelligent one is, the more annoying society becomes and the higher the chances of not being understood by the rest. And, the more lonely. On the other hand, the average minds and the idiots are compensated with the happiness which comes from the ability to withstand the oversupply of stupidity in society. Indeed, for them, happiness is in what the intelligent often find stupid.

@piersmorgan Bring in gyokeres in second half when they are tired, gamestyle changes, and he will seal the victory. Smart move from arteta

@engemma8 What my childhood crew would do is stop the game and all fetch water hurriedly to resume the game. But that works if you are a keyplayer on the team

Proffessionalism is not perfectionism, but it's about being excellent with your services, and should their be a setback (which happens), you should be able to sort it

@deoberesi @aliyu_mubiru @Uganda_Expozed @taffies_safaris @karothk256 @Nabimara_Paul @WasswaEmma_ @Ishmaelthehost @nimipamela0 @wekesa_amos @zakialucky11 @ShaffiuK @DaltonKaweesa This isn’t about being hard on anyone it’s about expectations. A breakdown during a trip isn’t something to normalize, especially in a professional service.
English

Shortly after the car broke down, while we were still puzzled about what to do next, Madam @taffies_safaris CEO of Taffie Safaris picked up a spanner and toolbox and stepped out of the car.
After 20 minutes, she simply said, “Get in, we move.” Just like that, the issue was solved.
I will forever fear ladies in the travel business.

Let's appreciate the lady for her superb efforts. I'd rather feel secure if you have such a driver. My thumbs up for her!

@MegaFunTweets @hanux_ @Gooseinthelose @MatchDCentral Chelsea cooperate, City has denied all the allegations...when you cooperate, the punishment is made light
English

@hanux_ @Gooseinthelose @MatchDCentral My opinion is seeing they didn’t demote Chelsea but slapped them with fines, I don’t see them going as far as the demoting them that far. Probably losing by points which could put them in the relegation zone.

🚨 BREAKING: Manchester City could reportedly be demoted as far as non-league football if they are expelled from the Premier League at the end of the season. 😳🔵
Reports suggest the English Football League would not be obligated to place City in the Championship, League One, or League Two, meaning the club could fall even further down the English football pyramid.
It’s also believed that Pep Guardiola could reconsider his future at the club if they are ultimately found guilty. as reported by @topskillsportuk
The FA has fined and sanctioned Chelsea football Club. Many fans are now anticipating when the FA is going to make decision on Manchester City case.

@cardotano @AgiRabbithole @samuel_leeds Hilarious 😂... I think he wanted to mean Roman Catholic. Otherwise, all churches are Catholics (Universal Church)
English

@AgiRabbithole @samuel_leeds Churches are all catholic mate. Other ones are temples, mosques, synagogues, etc.
English

I'm buying a church.
I’ve made a cash offer of £225,000 to purchase this church, which was about to close and be sold off to developers.
I'm fed up with driving past all these churches in the UK that used to thrive, support the community, and feed the homeless.
Now, just look at these beautiful church buildings.
So many are boarded up, closed down, with developers queueing up to profit from converting them into flats.
I simply can't accept that a building built to glorify Jesus for generations can be turned into something solely for profit.
So I've placed an offer on a church in my hometown.
My plan is to buy it and offer it completely free of charge, with zero rent, to a church willing to worship Jesus here and serve others.
What do you think of this idea?

@ChrisRKasangaki @wekesa_amos @ntvuganda They should understand agriculture deeply, not just the basics, but be able to explain it masterfully and show how their government will drive its exponential growth. Why? Because agriculture is our economic backbone. Any serious candidate must make it a top priority
English

@wekesa_amos @ntvuganda Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I find them fair and balanced. However I also fond it interesting that we expect the candidates to be experts in every thing and to know it all by heart, thus finding fault with them having notes to refer to. Strange country 🤔😲
English

Presidential Debate
My thoughts!
I watched the last debate and was in the audience of yesterday at invitation of @ntvuganda .
I think there was an improvement this time round, even Elton John Mabirizi has some fair moments.
I have read through manifestos of NRM and NUP and during the show, FDC person give me their booklet which I will read tonight though I quickly looked at their tourism page, I think it was page 19, very far for a low hanging fruit like tourism.
While they have improved on their manifestos as well, where it matters like agriculture or tourism, you can tell they didn’t sit with practitioners. Agriculture is generally approached from the input angle.
Agriculture as it’s practiced now, even if you bought more hoes, more tractors, helicopters, fertilizers etc it won’t go anywhere. Right now, farmers are subsidizing our survival, they are selling us food below the cost of production.
It must be approached from the market angle, how can the farmers access markets that are willing to pay fair prices for their efforts? If a pineapple costs usd 3 to 7 in Nigeria, how can our farmers access that market?
The alternative is how can bring the Nigerians here to consume pineapples here as they pay higher prices? When people discover they can sell their farm products at good rates, farming automatically attracts investments.
You can also tell that candidates aren’t rooted in business, discussing how to Uganda can make money is still a very difficult tough. A country survives on its economy( a composition of businesses), without which you are nothing.
As it’s now, we can’t afford life and all the money we need to survive, is all around the world. How do we tap into that money would be the question.
NRM and NUP are dominant parties with the most aggressive armies even online but you don’t see their army breaking down their manifestos to the population repeatedly for the massive to understand.
The general population doesn’t know where to find their manifestos, someone from NRM sent me a copy and for NUP, someone on the tourism forum who was excited about their ideas on tourism, posted it on one of our forums and that’s how I got to read it.
Opposition is like competition for us in tourism, competition helps one to improve especially if the competition is good. Without good competition, I wouldn’t have improved in the way, I do business, never! Everyday am thinking about how best we can improve on products, service etc. Am already thinking about what we shall do in the next 5 yrs, next 10yrs because competition will just get better.
Anyways, let me first clear my desk at work and revert to this.
