@FlySWISS your online complaint contact form is scary. you can’t prevent customer to contact you by avoiding « special characters » that prevent to write in proper english or add currency.

@FlySWISS Would ve worth to tell upfront the instructions. I had ro redo it twice and while looking for the special characters i got tile out . Didnt receive neither a case nulber and can’t follow up with you directly. I’m a senator customer by the way

@suiber89 @BrusselsAirport @deras What a shame, @BrusselsAirport. I have been in Bcn, Manchester, Lille, Marseille airports during this pandemic and maximum 10-15 min to enter to the country. More than 2 hours in the queue. IT'S SCANDALOUS. The capital of Europe, Brussels, they said. Ha ha ha.
