I can’t prove that the CIA didn’t create Bitcoin…so I better use central bank tokens instead, just to be safe

a good indicator that you’re really winning battles on the stairmaster is the sweat and spit forensics you leave behind on the screen 😂 >be a saint and sanitize< weekly cardio split: monday: 25 min HIIT - alternating between speed 7 and 16 every 1 min (NO HANDLES!) tuesday: 25 min HIIT, same parameters thursday: 60 min zone 2 - speed 8/9 the entire way friday: either of the above HIIT or Z2 depending on mood, time before work, and residual leg fatigue (leg day is tuesday) • all sessions done fasted in the AM • all lifting done in the PM • no handles, ever (this is often overlooked on stairmaster)

@Pledditor @HeroOfBitcoin Never knew a single kid who had one of these bad boys. It was basically a myth in the 90s. Had a friend with 3DO, another with Dreamcast, all the fringe consoles but no one had a virtual boy.

@HeroOfBitcoin I've held pretty much every video game controller ever made. Wild to say, but nothing has felt quite as satisfying as holding the Virtual Boy's controller in my hands.

What is your favourite controller?? While not the best, the most nostalgic for me is the SNES controller. In Australia we had coloured buttons 😁

@Shireh0dl What, you weren’t mining fractions of coins before pools existed? Before Bitcoin existed in fact?

Time traveller confirmed. To mine a fraction of a bitcoin 20 years ago, one would have to have speaking from the perspective of being in 2052. Dude thinks this is the 2052 conference.

“I was mining #bitcoin about 20yrs ago when I was in the intelligence community. Somewhere in some dumpster there’s a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of bitcoin.” Never underestimate a government employee’s courage to blatantly lie into a microphone.

Damn right! Line em up. But but but ......I am smarter than you and I checked AI on my cell phone and it said millions were saved by the covid vaccine. Start apoligizing friends, family and doctors first. Should have listened. All those crazy conspiracy theorists were right, and if you didnt get the jab you are a hero.

X is blocking me again from answering people’s questions. Please ask again. It’s getting more difficult to respond. I do not plan to be here on X for a long time. The next generation of patients will tell their story. I’m not going to hide. Just needing to live life I missed.

DFPP is Double Filtration Plasmapheresis (aka dual filtration plasma apheresis), a blood purification method developed in Japan in the 1980s. It draws blood, separates plasma, and uses two filters to remove large harmful substances like amyloids, cytokines, autoantibodies, or inflammatory proteins, then returns cleaned blood to the body. The Japanese treatment (at Edogawa Hospital) pairs DFPP with stem cell growth factor infusions. It's used for vaccine-injured patients to clear spike-related damage and promote recovery. The patient (@robert65968, their 12th case) calls it "life-changing", he went from non-functional to hiking mountains and feeling normal after 4 weeks. Dr. Mary Bowden has referred patients there. @KevinMcCairnPhD @MaryBowdenMD @HouseLyndseyRN

Folks, I hate to tell you this. But nearly ALL your clothes are wildly toxic when they're new. And then most of you wash your clothes in more cancer-causing toxic chemicals (detergent). Then you tumble your clothes in highly toxic cancer-causing solvents in the dryer (fabric softeners). I estimate that 99% of Americans are wearing cancer chemicals every day in their clothing, new or otherwise. This isn't a Lululumon problem, it's a toxic laundry detergent and dryer sheets problem. And almost no one changes their laundry habits, because they are already too poisoned to function in a rational way. I'm one of the very few people who isn't wearing cancer chemicals on a daily basis. And I can smell YOU when you walk near by, because you are a walking cloud of turbo-cancer chemicals in your clothing, your lotions, your shampoo and your fragrance.
Attorney General Ken Paxton@KenPaxtonTX

🚨BREAKING: I launched an investigation into Lululemon over the potential presence of toxic "forever chemicals" in activewear.

@BitmundFreud Entering your seed phrase into a computer is not complacency. This has nothing to do with “triple checking”. It’s a matter of understanding basic self custody principles.

After years of self-custody, you get complacent. You buy a new laptop, after few weeks and a long exhausting day at work, finally sit down to check your holdings. You search the Mac App Store, download what looks like the official app… enter your 24-word seed phrase… and in minutes your entire stack is drained. There is fake “Ledger Live” app on the Mac App Store (the legit one only exists on iPhone, Ledger has never had an official Mac version there). Apple has now removed the fake app, but the damage is done - approx 50 people lost their Bitcoin. One tiny moment of tiredness and oversight can wipe out a decade of savings. ALWAYS triple check, quadruple check the developer, spelling, and source. Download ONLY from official websites and NEVER from the bloody App Store. Don't become complacent - stay paranoid, anon.
