After many calls and a meeting @StateDept in the past two years, I was glad to host @CounselorDOS Chollet and his team today at the Kosova Govt. We discussed the special relationship btw 🇽🇰 & 🇺🇲 and the importance of progress in the dialogue for mutual recognition w/ Serbia.
