@derekryanx

My mission is clear: To wake the dead. Exposing the lies of the devil, one post at a time. Building habits + disciplines that honor God.

I have a moral obligation from Christ to tell the truth, not to bend the truth to avoid hurting one’s feelings.

You should NEVER complain about having to workout, instead be grateful you have a fully functioning body capable of it.

99% of the time, it's the person in the mirror that's the problem. Accepting this reality gives you the power to fix every situation in your life.

The days I work out are almost always better days. It's crazy how much one hour can influence the other twenty-three.

@thejustinwelsh having people on your team that can identify a problem, then fix the problem without complaining about the problem are rare. Invest in those people.

A cheat code in business is learning to be a problem-solver. Don't wait for someone to help. Quit asking other people "how?" Take action. Do stuff and watch what happens. Be confident that you can solve nearly anything. Want to build a great business? Learn to solve your own problems.

@Jainadave_ I think cardio is for both the heart and fat loss. I'd much rather do more cardio so that I can eat more food.

Hills I will die on 1. Cutting carbs is a terrible idea for fat loss(carbs are vital for gut and thyroid) 2. Cardio is for your heart and not for fat loss 4. Strength training should be part of everyone’s routine. 5. Walking is underrated for fat Loss

Fauci betrayed Americans during COVID. But worse, many evangelical leaders betrayed Christians. I won’t forget that some evangelical leaders suggested that it wasn’t unjust that the government in Alberta put James Coates in jail. Everyone has moved on like nothing happened.

Seeing the atrophy on my right leg is discouraging af, I’m not gonna lie. Sometimes I have to step back and remind myself I had knee surgery on 3/16…I’m not even 5 months post op. It takes time to rebuild these things.

Reformed pastors, help the autistic weird young dudes in your churches not be weird. So many are just very awkward human beings and that’s not helpful.

Stupidest lie men believe it fitness: "I just have to keep be consistent". No. What got you here won't get you there. You need to be consistent yes, but that's not it. You need to update your strategy too.
