@TimMLatimer Hardtech dev cycles are long, but they aren't fixed. If you have the right team and process dialed in, you move way faster than the industry standard.

Hardtech development cycles are so long you almost have to start a company at a time when your sector is out of favor and hope it comes together once the tech is ready to get the timing right. If your sector is hot and you’re just raising a seed, probably NGMI.
