@JEChalmers This needs to be community noted, the post is misleading The legislation bundles income tax relief measures elements the Coalition has indicated it supports, with changes to negative gearing and the CGT discount (which the Coalition opposes and has vowed to repeal if elected).

Labor is cutting income taxes for workers five times in three different ways. It beggars belief that in the first term the Coalition voted against tax cuts and to block housing for Australians. Now they are showing all the signs of repeating the exact same two mistakes.

An Albanese Government spokesperson said Labor had already provided extra staff to assist with increasing workloads. In yet another lie.
