A pet owner in #Telangana was denied entry into an RTC bus to travel along with his pet. In other countries pets accompany their owners in crowded metros. This is how discriminative our society has become. All thanks to the Supreme Court. You are responsible for creating this divide amongst people! #StopDogCruelty #DogCrueltyIsACrime #SCMustAct

Cities that cut trees for concrete shouldn’t be surprised when nights stop cooling down. Heatwaves are no longer just daytime disasters, they’re becoming 24/7 public health emergencies, especially for the poor/outdoor workers. Urban planning is climate policy now!!! @PMOIndia

Delhi’s #CentralRidge isn’t a vacant plot to be “greenwashed” with one-size-fits-all plantation model. Ecological restoration isn’t same as dense afforestation. Plantations could alter the Ridge’s natural Aravalli ecosystem, consume excessive water & create parks, not forests.

📍RG Residency, Sector 120, Noida Street vendors removed. Feeders harassed. Street dogs be@ten, poisoned, removed from the society, and now starving since they were dependent on vendors for food. Illegal barricades installed outside the society premises. And why? So people in the area cannot buy affordable food from the street vendors and are pushed toward eating at the mall near Amrapali Zodiac. This is not urban management. This is cruelty against the poor and the voiceless for commercial benefit. @noida_authority Immediate intervention is needed. #Noida #RGResidency #Sector120

A Tata Power meter reader is repeatedly attacking street dogs in my lane. When I objected, he threatened me saying ‘I will hit them again, do whatever you can’ and even said he would dump all Bhubaneswar’s dogs outside my house. I have photo & video evidence but chose not to post it publicly because I don’t want him to be in trouble. I even informed him that animal cruelty has serious legal consequences. Even said that I will meet Ex Engineer in this regard. But he had no regret or fear. Despite this, he continued to misbehave and spoke disrespectfully. I am older than him , a cancer patient and could file an FIR, but I believe he may not be aware of the animal abuse laws. I request @TataPower @TPCentralOdisha to educate and strictly instruct your meter reading staff. Self-defense is understandable, but hurting harmless street dogs is unacceptable. #AnimalCruelty #Bhubaneswar #SpeakForVoiceless

If daily garbage is already nearing 13K MT and projected to cross 15K MT, the real question is; are we scaling solutions as fast as the problem? More waste per person, more packaging, all signs of a growing, consuming city. But processing capacity still lags far behind, leaving landfills to absorb what the system can’t handle. Until segregation at source becomes the norm (not the exception), and reduction plus recycling are treated as priorities (not afterthoughts), we’ll keep chasing numbers instead of solving the problem. This isn’t just a municipal issue, it’s a lifestyle issue. And right now, we’re losing on both fronts:( timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/delhi/cit… via @journo_vibha @timesofindia

I have visited Delhi Airpot innumerable times to receive guests. Which meant standing outside the main gates for long periods. There are dogs who seem to belong to that area. They're comfortable, know where to sit, do not interfere with any humans unless you call them. And they come wagging their tail. I have never noticed anyone get anxious by the presence of these dogs. They're not at all aggressive.
Dev@HoomanDecoder

TIME TO DECODE THE @DelhiAirport SO-CALLED “DOG BITE” VIDEO!! We all saw the video released by the @DelhiAirport claiming multiple dog bite incidents. The video shows 7 cases, but let’s break them down: 1. 2 cases: The dogs didn’t even touch the humans. They only came near and stopped. If this is considered a “bite,” then by that logic, every crowded queue at the airport should count as a human bite. 2. The dog is behind a bush, and the person simply checks their leg yet it’s labeled a dog bite. The dog might have simply touched the leg and the human startled. STARTLING IS NEW DOG BITE NOW? 3. 1 case: A slight touch where the person’s clothes weren’t even torn and that’s being called a bite? 4. One case shows a person bending toward the dog and invading its space, something that should be common knowledge to avoid. Who goes up to an unfamiliar dog and bends down like that? I’ve attached a screenshot explaining the science behind this behavior. HOW IS THIS THE DOG’S FAULT? @DelhiAirport TRY DOING THE SAME TO ANY OTHER STRANGER WOMAN AND LET ME KNOW IF SHE WAS COOL WITH IT! 5. One case shows the dog noticing the human first, and the person reacting by suddenly changing speed while walking away. Fear is understandable, but this is exactly what one shouldn’t do. These are basic instincts, even before science. How does someone not know this? Many may argue it’s a reflex in fear and that it’s natural, but nature doesn’t work that way. Constantly reacting without awareness can escalate situations. It’s important to learn, stay aware, and respond appropriately. How hard is that? THIS IS COMMON KNOWLEDGE IN ALL THE CIVILIZED COUNTRIES. I’ve attached screenshots (ALONG WITH THE SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATIONS) in the same order for clarity. If a video with only one possible dog bite case and even that is uncertain, along with various other kinds of interactions is being presented as a “DOG BITE VIDEO,” IT CLEARLY SHOWS THAT @DELHIAIRPORT HASN’T VERIFIED RABIES RECORDS OR EVEN PROPER COMPLAINTS. They initially claimed that a brown dog was responsible, so where is the footage of that alleged bite? THIS ENTIRE COMPILATION APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PUT TOGETHER IN THE LAST TWO DAYS JUST TO SAVE FACE UNDER SOCIAL MEDIA PRESSURE. #BringBackKaddu #StopRelocation
