@SamsungIndia @Samsung Care to explain this? My brother’s 1 year old refrigerator’s compressor (covered under 20-year warranty) has failed. Your service team is demanding ₹8,000 to refill gas, claiming it will leak during compressor replacement. How is this not daylight robbery? What’s the point of a warranty then? How can one survive in this heat without a functioning refrigerator?
