On 10th Jan, 2025, a joint team of BRMS & @my_airef, under leadership of Sh. Ashok Shukla ji, @BMSkendra, met the ED/PC Railway Board, convenor of the Committee & submitted its comments. We have a good discussion on the matter in a positive direction for increasing Gr. B posts.

Respected @nsitharaman Mam, your deptt @FinMinIndia decided in 2019 to consider pay upgradation of Rly JE/SSE only after approval of pay upgradation of Rly Accts staff & now approved by @RailMinIndia. Request to kindly consider pay upgradation of JE/SSE case @ the earliest plz.

@wp_airef @narendramodi @PiyushGoyal @nsitharaman @DrJitendraSingh @IR_CRB Hon'ble Mam & sirs, Due ignorance to front line rly SSEs/JEs by @RailMinIndia @FinMinIndia & @DoPTGoI IR has lost it's quality since 1996, after 5th CPC & facing crisis even though recommendations given by several safety committees. Plz advise to consider though it is late.

Upgradation proposal of RlyErs in 2008 is still pending in @FinMinIndia but Accts r upgraded further with TIME SCALE though MACP exists. SSE never gets a single promotion. Is it not STEPMOTHER ATTITUDE by @FinMinIndia not considering dedicated ers, not belonging finance cadre. -2
