Design Twitter has hit a new low. Dude goes around claiming your work is his so others will click on this profile. His profile is an endless feed of other people's work.

Still, people love this shi*. I’m not kidding—even prominent people from OpenAI praised it. That’s how good designers get overlooked. If they don’t produce something this visually appealing or aesthetically polished, their work gets little to no attention.

"That was reckless." That is GPT 5.6 Sol describing its OWN code. The code that canceled every active Stripe subscription I had. It also called it "a catastrophic failure of judgment on my part." The model graded its own work. CANNOT. BE. TRUSTED.
BridgeMind tweet media
BridgeMind@bridgemindai

GPT 5.6 SOL CANNOT BE TRUSTED. I woke up this morning and my MRR was down THOUSANDS of dollars. My customers did not cancel. Code written by GPT 5.6 Sol canceled EVERY active Stripe subscription my business had. In 7 seconds. While I slept. Fable 5 has never done this to me. Fable 5 can be trusted with production. GPT 5.6 cannot.

blocking every guy that tells me sketching out website UI means idk how to “code efficiently” stop using codex and actually know what the fuck youre building. youd be surprised what you can accomplish within your limitations. take notes. learn if you love it. namaste

@MaxHirsch13 Rethink the blue and yellow hues. Seems like they could be both darker and lighter in different areas. Mainly bar chart and leaderboard text (I think it should be black like the streak card title next to it). Mainly you want cohesiveness and easy to scan and read.

I’m begging you to absolutely trash my UI. The more you sh*t on it, the better it will become. I listen to all of you. Now go be as RUTHLESS as possible so we can build a generational product.

@greg_horvay @dillon_mulroy I think this explains it. So many devs fell in love with the old way. The new way is a different beast entirely.

@dillon_mulroy When I was doing art, there were those who liked the act of actually doing art. They can spend weeks on one painting. I always had no patience for that. I wanted the final piece that was in my head out on the canvas as quick as possible. That's probably why I love dev now.

yall im ngl its way harder to get joy and satisfaction out of building with ai than it was before constantly straddling burn out, being far less immersed in hard problems, constant context switching i’m tired of the uncertainty of where this is going and how to do it well

at opencode we've started developing with agents on exe.dev boxes, which automatically serves http. I can just ask agents to write HTML files and see them they could be static artifacts, live thoughts, or little apps I underestimated how cool and fun this is

apparently this statement is too vague for some people. it gets out-of-date easily, agents tend to heed it without reflection, code should be self explanatory.
