@SW_Help my train to Waterloo terminated at Basingstoke and we were advised to take a train to Reading. Need to get to Clapham Junction. Should I go via Paddington? Is my ticket valid?

@Iberia siguen sumando los días y sigue sin haber respuesta de mi maleta. Con mi AirTag veo que va y viene en la terminal 4 de Madrid y al parecer están jugando con ella o no sé porque no la mandan a donde estoy! Y en su línea telefónica, igual de ineptos! Cuelgan!

@Iberia@HeathrowAirport We have filled one in at the BA customer service desk and have now left the airport. We were told everyone from Quito doesn’t have their luggage.
@devonlady48@HeathrowAirport If the went missing, we kindly ask you to open a PIR (property irregularity report) at the baggage reclaim counter at the airport or do it online until 6h after the flight at iberia.com/es/baggage/tra… . But please don't leave the airport without opening the PIR.
