Great product managers know exactly what the customers need, they do not coordinate, but they know the product

Like a product manager in a large tech company, could be useful in coordination, organization of multiple teams with different time schedules, priorities, ways they work, etc. And I know some great operational product managers. But this...this is something else. I'd say half of product managers fit this- partly also because it's a broad category and in some companies doesn't have much of a description and vague responsibilities. Good to stay lean for as long as possible so you can make sure everyone is essential and see who isn't performing.

@ValtoryDev En relación de dependencia el salario esta bien. No olvidar que para que una empresa le pueda pagar 700k a un empleado, tiene que hacer aportes patronales por casi 700k también. Además te cubre lo que resta por la prepaga de toda tu familia, y te paga aguinaldo y vacaciones.

Problem: When you deploy a new version of your SPA, users with a tab open will keep using the old SPA code. Yesterday, I shared one solution. People suggested dozens of useful variations and alternatives. 🙏 So, here are the best options in the massive thread. 6 ways to tell the SPA a new release is available, simplest options first: 1. Write the version from package.json into index.html as part of the build process. Poll index.html every x minutes and compare the server's index.html to the client's index.html. 2. Create an endpoint on the UI web server that reads the package.json version, and returns it. Poll this every x minutes. This is more efficient than option 1, because the payload is smaller. 3. Use web sockets or server sent events to push a notification to the UI after a deploy instead. This is especially attractive if you’re already using these technologies. 4. Use a service worker to notify the user when the UI is stale. For example, Vite's PWA plugin supports this. 5. Use an API proxy like Cloudfront to fetch the version without involving the backend. More here: rehanvdm.com/blog/using-a-c… 6. Specify the app version in each HTTP call from the UI via a x-app-version header (or whatever name you like). Validate the x-app-version header on the API server. @__blas_ @madorni @DoctorKruz No es de caprichoso, amigo. Simplemente pienso que el problema es el capital humano y no la presión impositiva. Que haya ñoquis y malgasto es consecuencia de lo que sostengo, y no al revés. Pero no pasa nada por no coincidir.

Apple es una de las pocas empresas que pudo generar un ecosistema tecnológico funcional (basado en políticas cerradas, claro), no siempre todo funciona pero cuando lo hace se siente ese momento mágico. Las demás están lejos en general y como más "trabadas"; no tienen tantos momentos mágicos al usuario. Lamentablemente los estándares tampoco afloran y los que hay son lentos y malos.
