@LongTimeHistory my neighbors are having a new roof put on. I asked them not to lean on my fence. Response, "no speak English." Monents later, the boss knocked on my door asking if I had a problem. I told him what happened & that I called ICE. They all got in their cars & fled like cockroaches!
