The way things have been going recently in this country, I’ve been listening to “U Will Know” by Black Men United. It features a host of incredibly talented Black singers from our culture, and the message is both powerful and timely. What makes this even more impactful today is knowing it was written and produced by D’Angelo, who we sadly lost today. This has always been one of my favorite songs that he created, and I want to honor him by sharing this anthem of Black unity and brotherhood in this moment. Rest in peace D’Angelo, a true Black icon. 🕊️

I've visited Nottoway Plantation a lot because of a guy I dated worked here for years. I was very familiar with the property and even saw the secret pathways that were literally in plain sight. For the ancestors have spoken, it was time for this place to come on down. Freedom🙌🏽

@chamath I started following you via your success in business and as a @warriors fan (also born and raised in SF!). You don’t know me and likely won’t read this, but I teach my children to be kind. IMHO you could have expressed your views in a far more kind and respectful manner. ✌🏾

Steve Kerr is a hapless rube. He is blindly defending an institution that: 1) Is a Corporation with a $53B balance sheet masquerading as a non profit. 2) Has the absolute worst scores for freedom of speech amongst ALL colleges in America. 3) Was admonished and defeated by the Supreme Court because they were discriminating in their admissions process and violated the Constitution. 4) Has allowed anti Semitism to fester unchecked on campus to such a degree that it led to the ouster of their President because of her incompetence in dealing with it. Normally, when an executive at a company where I own equity speaks on topics beyond their knowledge and reveals themselves to be an idiot I usually just fire them or sell my equity. Fortunately, I already sold all my equity in the Warriors last year at the-then all time high so this isn’t my problem but the total ignorance of his comments still stands.
