@scottiebateman Nope. There is a good reason for having two. One is enough for a nice cruise flight but if something goes wrong 4 eyes are better than two. Would any company disable the whole backup on their IT just because it saves license and storage cost? I bet they won't.

There is a huge debate raging at the moment about the future crewing of the flightdeck. Two pilots…or just one ? I can understand the economics and to an extent the safety aspects of the argument. But are you, the paying customers, ever going to get on an airliner with a single pilot? Would love to hear your thoughts on this one. #aviation #avgeek #flying #WePilots

@wintimet @Tantzstanze83 Immerhin hat es bei uns Windsäcke (mindestens im Glarnerland). Wie viele Automobilisten allerdings wissen was dieser an der Stange baumelnde Sack eigentlich anzeigt, sei mal dahingestellt. Und das Schild vor dem Windsack, ist nicht mal dem TCS bekannt dass es das gibt.
