@makemytrip I had booked a exe room for 8 nights in London, on check in we found out that we have been accommodated in a lower category room as MMT paid for lower category room only. I’ve already spoken to MMT but noting has been done about it till now. Case of cheating n fraud.

@KentROSystems purchased a Kent water softener about 3 weeks back but machine stopped working within a couple of hours, since then even after filing complains daily it is not getting resolved. The after sales support of Kent is pathetic. Never expected this of a company like Kent

@KentROSystems The machine was finally attended on the the 8th and the PCB was found defective. The engineer deputed promised replacement by the 10th I.e. yesterday. Till now no one has reported nor informed. The lesser said about Kent service the better...
