@AmazonHelp This continuous delay and change in commitments make it seem like I am being misled rather than getting a proper resolution. Kindly provide a clear and final update on this matter at the earliest.

@AmazonHelp placed the order on the 15th with promised delivery by the 20th. A complaint was raised on the 20th, and I was assured of resolution by the 23rd. Again, I had to raise the issue on the 24th, and today is the 25th, yet now I am being asked to wait until the 28th.

After multiple complaints and false assurances from customer care, now I’m being asked to wait till 28 May. My nephew’s birthday is on 25 May — after that this gift is useless. If Amazon can’t deliver orders or resolve complaints, stop giving fake delivery timelines.
