By honest, I should have said clear as to who he really is. He doesn't play the political classes games.
Abstaining or voting third party wouldn't have helped America get Roe overturned. Politics is the art of the possible not perfect. It's popular to hate or sneer at Trump. It's just playing leftist games and is so tiring.
I believe that I'd genuinely like him in person and have heard from people I know and trust that he is very kind. I'd been hearing that since the 90s!

I said back in 2016 that I felt Mr. Trump was constitutionally (temperament, deportment, wisdom) and Constitutionally (knowledge, governing theory) unqualified for office.
I don't hold a different opinion today than I did then.
Yet, I pray that God would grant these things.

Evangelizing is part of the faith! Jesus commands us to do so. Christianity is God's own religion. We tell all the people of the world so they could follow Jesus, who cares about them perfectly. I know that in Japan the faith is small now, but globally it is widespread! 2 billion plus! So when someone shares the faith it comes from a place of love for you, because Jesus truly and perfectly loves you.

Protestant Baptist pastor here, we really aren't bickering and fighting. We tease and joke, but this isn't the 1600s anymore. We do have theological distinctions and they matter, but at the end of the day my job is to encourage the Christian saints to live a Godly life. People need to know how Jesus wants them to live, this includes correction, and how He loves them truly.

We Japanese witnessed this more than half a century ago when we fought against the Americans.
When one of their military aircraft was shot down and the pilot found himself adrift alone in the vast Pacific, they did not hesitate to send out a Catalina flying boat to search for him and rescue him, despite the risk of being shot down themselves.
We were not capable of doing that.
And so we were defeated.
In that sense, the Americans have not changed at all since those days.
That is precisely what makes them America.
