X just did something quiet yet crucial. @nikitabier Bier said that apps that reward users for posting (also called infofi) are being shut down because they filled the platform with AI junk and reply spam. And to be honest? This has to happen. For a long, getting people to talk on X was all about rewards, bots, and copy-paste responses. It seemed like it was happening, but it didn't feel real. Most brands don't get this: Fake interaction doesn't make people trust you. Spam replies don't help build a community. Noise that is paid for hurts believability. What really lasts through these transitions is simple: talking to other people. Real answers. Comments that take the situation into account. People respond because they want to, not because they have to. This is why @TheHashMind HashMind has always put quality over quantity. Not gaming algorithms, but starting interactions. Platforms will always change. APIs will get tighter. There won't be any more shortcuts. But one thing will always be true: 👉 People can sense when engagement is real. And that's what makes brands last in the end.

I was reading @cursor_ai docs this morning. They explained AI coding tools using a transportation analogy: 👉 Walking is free but slow. 👉 biking costs some money and is faster. 👉 A car costs the most but gets you there fastest. Then they mapped it to writing software with no tools, with an IDE, with AI. Three minutes in and I understood their whole product philosophy. It made me realize how poorly most of us explain what we do, especially in PR. So let me try the same trick with @TheHashMind . Imagine you're trying to make a song go viral. Option 1: Pay one radio station to play it once at 3am. Option 2: Get 25 DJs, podcasters, and creators to feature it across a month, each putting their own spin on it. Option 1 is traditional PR. A press release was blasted to 200 sites traders don't read. Option 2 is positioning. The same news reframed into 4–5 narratives and distributed through creators your audience already follows on Binance Square, CoinMarketCap, and Twitter. By the 5th time a trader sees your project mentioned from a different angle, something shifts: "Wait, I keep seeing this one everywhere." That's not awareness. That's positioning. And in this market, positioning is the difference between a project that gets noticed and a project that gets funded.

Most crypto PRs flatline after publishing. Big announcement. Zero momentum. Not because the news is bad — because nothing pushed it forward. We turn your PR into momentum. X · CoinMarketCap · Binance Square #CryptoPR #Web3 #CryptoMarketing

Most crypto projects publish their PR and wait. It goes live. Gets indexed. Disappears. The community never saw it. Not a PR problem — a distribution problem. We place your PR where crypto is watching. X · Binance Square · CoinMarketCap #CryptoPR #Web3 #CryptoMarketing

Okay so something hit me this morning I was scrolling job listings and saw JPMorgan, Citi, Blackrock, Morgan Stanley all actively hiring for crypto and blockchain roles. Like not one or two. All of them. At the same time. And I remember being in telegram groups in 2020 telling people "just keep building, this will matter one day" Half those people left. Said it wasnt worth it. The other half? They're the ones getting hired right now at salaries that would've sounded insane 3 years ago. The institutions didn't come because crypto got lucky. They came because the people who built through the noise created something too big to ignore. If you're still in this space building, learning, shipping, you're not early anymore. You're exactly where you're supposed to be. Drop a 🔥 if you've been in crypto long enough to remember when your family thought you lost your mind

Seedha report + block! Investment karne se pehle 10 baar socho, 1 baar invest karo Safety first nahi safety boss hai! Jab portfolio green ho aur dil shant, tab asli celebration! Chalo bhai log, safe raho, smart bano, millionaire bano! 🚀 #CryptoLiteracyWeek #LearnKaroCryptoKaro

The crypto job market isn't what people think it is. I just analyzed Web3 salary data across 18+ roles. Here's what stood out: The highest-paid role isn't what you'd expect. Smart Contract Engineers: ~$165K average Blockchain Engineers: ~$147K average DeFi Product Managers: ~$155K average Meanwhile: Community Managers: ~$80K Graphic Designers: ~$70K Customer Support: ~$77.5K The gap is real. And it tells you exactly what the market values right now. But here's the part no one's talking about: Marketing & PR Managers in crypto average ~$105K. That's lower than backend developers (~$110K) and barely above analysts (~$95K). In traditional tech? Marketing leadership often commands premium compensation. In Web3? Technical execution still dominates the salary hierarchy. What this actually means: 1. If you can code smart contracts, you're in the top tier ($120K–$220K range) 2. If you're in ops, community, or creative roles, there's a 2x salary ceiling difference 3. The market is screaming: build > market (at least in terms of how it compensates) My take? This data reflects where Web3 is today, infrastructure-heavy, building for builders. But as the industry matures, the value of distribution, brand, and user acquisition will catch up. Right now? The market pays for scarcity. Smart contract engineers are scarce. Good community managers? Less so (in the eyes of hiring budgets, not reality). If you're entering crypto: → Technical roles = higher floor, higher ceiling → Non-technical roles = wider variance, more dependent on company stage → Compliance and legal roles sitting at ~$120K shows regulatory maturity is here The opportunity is clear. The question is, which skill gap are you filling? #Web3salary #Cryptojob

FX is the world’s most important market. It works because execution is reliable at scale. Stablecoins are ready for FX-grade execution, but they’re blocked by liquidity fragmentation. Superset is building the execution layer that unblocks this.

@davidn1311 Painfully true because it's painfully fixable, and yet here we are, collectively choosing the theater over the work.

@1304_zoe most companies are out here playing calendar Tetris with their content while their buyers are Googling "Is [company] legit?" and finding... vibes. Fix the foundation, then scale.
