@cromaretail Its been almost 3 days now since I have raised my concerns.
Not a single update from Croma customer service.
We buy such high-value products thinking of Croma as a renowned & trusted brand, but face such hardships.
First Croma has sold me a PS5 console who’s serial number is not matching with the Croma invoice and on other hand the Disk Drive of PS5 is not accepting discs.

Even the likes of Amazon/Flipkart and other huge names would not be able to match such level of customer satisfaction.
