Hey @DHLUSHelp I’ve been standing outside my building for 2 hours waiting for a delivery, only to get a "missed you" notification. This is the 2nd day in a row the driver has falsified a delivery attempt. Calling CS does nothing. Can someone actually look at my instructions?

I never knew trying to receive a package from DHL required so much time. I hope it’s resolved tomorrow or this will be my storytime tomorrow. DHL US, If my package is not released by tomorrow morning, I will be sharing my experience on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
