Let me clarify. The fault was mine. I absolutely thought the fee was for both legs. In fact, that delayed this fund raising because I needed to get clarity myself. I was asked to come for final stage of interview(physical) 
Okay, no problem at least you get to see your applicants. We were three of us, all female. 
The virtual interview had already gone through three phases. We discussed everything my experience, expectations, and even agreed on salary. So I showed up. The moment I got there, you noticed my wedding ring.
“Oh, you’re married?”
“Yes.”
“Do you have kids?”
“I have a child.” You paused, said “well,” and moved on to the interview proper. After all the questions, you said I needed to meet the MD. Boom. The MD then tells me the salary we agreed on?
Only 50% will be paid for the first 6 months. I asked for clarification.
They said the full salary only kicks in after confirmation. 
No HMO. No pension. Not until after 1 year. As if that wasn’t enough… The role is Monday to Saturday, 9–5, but “sometimes” it can extend to 5:30 or 6pm depending on workload. HR then says, very casually, that they only disclose all these details to candidates who make it to the final stage. I asked if the withheld 50% would be paid after probation. 
They said no. Then came the final blow 
A 2-month notice period or 2 months’ salary. At that point, I was done. When they asked if I had questions, I told them clearly: 
I will not accept 50% during probation I want the agreed salary. 
And I cannot work Monday to Saturday when that was never mentioned throughout the process. They said “that’s fine, we’ll get back to you.” But honestly? 
I’m not expecting them to The most annoying part is that Rain beat me, plus I used Uber to the place😩😩😩🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😭
