@didihamancheese Hi Matt, Boxed consoles are provided with the originally provided box and inserts, ensuring the item is delivered the same way you'd get it when buying it as new, with the only difference being some signs of normal usage on the box. - Derek

@Argos_Online I’m just looking for a solution. I want to return it and buy another one that is bigger! But I don’t want to risk taking this one apart and damaging it as it is click plastic. Keter are unable to help and your Manager in the Wigan branch was not helpful and quite rude. 3/4
