Ecom is cracked right now It feels like 2021/22 again I think we’ll look back on this time in a few years to come and call it “the good days” We’re living in a time right now where it’s never been easier to launch stores & hit huge scale FAST If you’re in the game, you know some of the stores 0-8 figures/month & some of these brands launched less than a year ago Then you do a deep dive into their funnels & it’s sheer creative volume driven by AI LP’s are one shot manus prompts They’re running 100k/days with a few editors & VA’s It’s crazy what’s there for the taking & the the playbook is right in front of us all Look at medvi, billion dollar company driven purely by huge creative output using AI authority figures with whitelisted pages The barrier has never been easier to hit 1m+ months Get a higgsfield account, build some solid workflows for high creative output, and dial in on one market with a huge tam & learn it like the back of your hand Move like a fucking savage, go deep into your angles, avatars etc - push messaging across different formats Have an obsessive love for the game, execute relentlessly & it’s hard not to lose Don’t waste this opportunity

Was in Dubai last week and a friend told me how this perfume brand was doing $10M-$12M/month… - He bought a factory in China - He owns his entire fulfillment stack - He builds the product himself - He saves as much as possible - And dumps it all back into ad spend and his subscriber list Literally one of the most uniquely positioned guys I’ve ever met because he owns both the fulfillment and manufacturing pipelines… Everybody and their mother can build a $10M ecom brand right now, but getting from 10 to 50 is where the real struggle comes from. No one can achieve that scale by outsourcing what this guy already owns. The moat is owning your entire infrastructure, and no competitor can copy that.

If you're running an MRR brand, Klaviyo is scamming you I see this problem very often New clients show me their dashboard, and I see a crazy amount of sales being attributed to campaigns Sometimes, the attributed sales number from a campaign are even higher than the number of clicks that campaign got This usually happens when you send campaigns to active product subscribers You send a campaign, they open it, and then 3 days later they get charged for their subscription That way, Klaviyo attributes those sales to the campaign they opened The funniest part is when someone tells me their email guy is absolutely printing with campaigns And in reality, the guy is doing the opposite - he’s sending promotional emails to subscribers for the same product they’re already subscribed to, which actually increases the cancellation rate Then I check their dashboard and see that shit Keep this in mind🫡

Talked to Chinese manufacturer making and selling illegal peptides online. ~$6M a month. Less than 12 months into the game. Marketing / lead gen comes from organic AI generated videos on TT and IG. They also have a small army of affiliates and give up to 40% revenue share So insane to me that people buy this unverified stuff online

🔥 How To Turn Psychology Into Profit: 3 Triggers That Increase AOV 1️⃣ Time framing (months > units)
2️⃣ Subscription pre-selected
3️⃣ Strong anchor pricing ($177 → $116) That’s not random. That’s pricing psychology. Subscription being pre-selected alone can increase recurring adoption by 15–30%. And recurring customers are worth 3–5x more in LTV.

If you’re running an MRR ecom brand and you’re sending email campaigns to your product subscribers, then you’re a RETARDED Your subscription cancellation rate is gonna fly up When you send campaigns to product subscribers, with every campaign you’re reminding them that they have a subscription Klaviyo and Omnisend attribution is absolutely cooked and attributes sales that are coming from the subscription to campaigns If a person opens the email and later their subscription charge hits, it attributes the sale to the campaign So some email agencies just show a high attribution % and say they’re doing a great job, while at the same time they’re decreasing revenue by increasing the cancellation rate Create a segment of people who didn’t buy yet or those who don’t have a subscription, and send campaigns to them Even if they’re very happy with the product, the first thing they’re gonna think is: I’m about to be charged Just experienced this shit with one of my clients I onboarded recently His previous agency was sending campaigns to subscribers, and his cancellation rate was up to ~61% 😭

Mamun ( Meta Ads Media Buyer)
How I scaled revenue from $500k to $900k+ in 30 days using Bid Cap & Cost Cap strategies. (Repeat client) PART-02 Goal:- First of all, my target is to run 1000 ads across all ad accounts & Facebook pages. Because Meta has changed its algorithms, and when we use bid cap and cost cap, scaling now requires publishing more ads and keeping more ads active. If you want to reach high daily sales, you must run a high number of ads. I am already tracking multiple brands that are running 20k to 30k+ ads using different Facebook pages, and they are doing $5M–$10M per month — so why are we waiting? In 2026, our goal is to scale this brand to millions per month. We can do this because we are motivated and dedicated. Plan:-•• •I want to run bid cap campaigns on all ad accounts. If a Facebook page has a 250 ads limit, then I want to fill that limit completely. Also, for every ad account, I want to launch one single cost cap scaling campaign, and that campaign will be only for winner ads. Facebook Page Ads Limitation:- •One Facebook page •Ads limit: 1000 Ad Accounts Name:- •USA Ad Account •Canada Ad Account •UK Ad Account Ad Accounts Strategy: After Andromeda update & iOS tracking issues in 2026 USA Ad Account:- • Testing Campaign • Scaling Campaign • Retargeting Campaign • Catalog Campaign (Optional) Maximum 800 ads active on this ad account for all campaigns. Testing Campaign:- (Bid Cap Only) Campaign Naming Format: USA_BID_TESTING_ANGLE_DATE • Unlimited ad sets (angle based) • Per ad set = 10, 20, or 30 ads upload • Separate ad sets for product-based videos / UGC videos / static ads • Ads upload every 2–3 days (daily or weekly) • Exclude all previous customers Every 14 days change creatives, or if we have more creatives, then follow a 7-day period. Scaling Campaign:- (Cost Cap Only) (High Spend + More Volume) • Single ad set • Put all winning ads Post IDs Retargeting Campaign:- (Bid Cap Only) Audiences: • Facebook page engagement • Video views • Landing page visitors • Angle-based ad sets (discount / offer / promo related angles) • Target all custom audiences per ad set • Exclude all purchasers Catalog Campaign (Optional):- (Bid Cap) If we have scope to run catalog campaigns, then we will run one dedicated catalog campaign using all product tags. • Single ad set • All products UK Ad Account Maximum 100 ads active for all campaigns. Scaling Campaign:- (Cost Cap Only) (High Spend + More Volume) • Single ad set • Put all winning ads Post IDs • Use proven ads from the USA ad account Catalog Campaign (Optional):- (Bid Cap) • Single ad set • All products Canada Ad Account Maximum 100 ads active for all campaigns. Scaling Campaign:- (Cost Cap Only) (High Spend + More Volume) • Single ad set • Put all winning ads Post IDs • Use proven ads from the USA ad account Catalog Campaign (Optional):- (Bid Cap) • Single ad set • All products Final Action Note: I will follow exactly this strategy and keep running all active campaigns. I will set up new campaigns according to my file. If any active campaigns or ads show bad performance, we will turn them off based on results.
