@b05crypto @Tesla It’s a team of former Apple employees, it’s why.

Why superior UI/UX is a superpower for @Tesla.
There are a lot of reasons(speed/fun to drive/savings) that Tesla owners love their cars, but I think one of the hidden reasons is far superior UX/UI. Examples below.
If other car companies want to crack the seal on more sales, this is a primary thing they need to address. Eliminate the garbage UX/UI from your suppliers. Challenge them to do better. Tell them to buy a frigging Tesla and drive it.
Examples comparing my 2024 @kia EV9 to my 2023 Tesla Model 3:
Starting the vehicle
Kia:
* Push the button on the fob to unlock the door.
* Get in the car
* Find the power button inexplicably hidden on a stalk out of view underneath the steering wheel and push it
* Twist the stalk forward for drive & backward for reverse
Telsa:
* Open the door
* Push the brake pedal
* Pull down or up on stalk
Stopping/getting out of the vehicle
Kia:
* Push button on end of stalk to put in Park
* Find the power button inexplicably hidden on a stalk out of view underneath the steering wheel and push it. If you forget it will beep at you when you get out.
* Get out of the car
* Remember to push the button on the fob to lock the car. If you forget, it will alert you in the app 10 minutes after you go inside.
Tesla
* Push button on end of stalk to put in Park. (If you forget it will do it for you)
* Get out of the car & go inside.
(The car turns off and locks for you)
AutoPilot(FSD) / Cruise / Self Steering / Stay in Lane
Kia:
* Get to the speed you want
* Push a button to turn on cruise control
* Push another button to turn on steering.
* Watch the steering indicator on the dash, because it turns off and doesn't alert you which makes for a dangerous situation.
* If you have to stop, then you have to turn on cruise again and then turn on steering again.
* The symbols and controls are a confusing mess and make no sense until you actually read the manual.
Tesla:
* Flick down on the right stalk once or twice
Tesla has done all the write things to eliminate friction in the user experience while traditional car makers continue to double down on incompetent levels of UI/UX.

@rfanTepe1314520 Thanks, the trend is about copycat products and low quality solutions. It’s more important to bring new ways to do things and to raise the bar. It’s the Apple way. ;-)

I've been working on this for a long time. With experiments and new stuffs in my career, I made a little goofy expressive toy app. I hope you enjoy it.
