@CoachDanCasey He was special. I’m biased but playing high school football in Louisiana during these years was exciting!

Solomon Mays - The Scouting Report
For O-line 1. If someone leaves, someone else is coming 2. Stacked defenders (DB/LB or DB/DB) = Blitz 3. If the D line all of a sudden lines up 1-2 yards off the ball and not in your face, expect a stunt. 4. If the refs don’t see it…

Being laid off is not the end of a chapter. It is a reset that sharpens your focus and challenges you to show up with purpose every single day. This experience has reinforced a mindset I carry with me daily: attack each day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind and maximize every opportunity to connect, build, and grow. I bring over 10 years of experience as a sales executive, combined with 11 years in coaching, scouting, and player evaluation. My career has been built on relationships, trust, talent identification, and driving meaningful business outcomes across the football landscape. I am now actively exploring new opportunities and am eager to connect with organizations that value relationship building, talent evaluation, and business development. If you are hiring or know of an opportunity where my background could make an impact, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to connect. My inbox is always open. I welcome all conversations.

Nah. Dad of a very good HS athlete here. While there is some value in AAU, it exists for $. Here’s another path: 1) get your kid in the weight room 2) do drills with them. YouTube is your friend! 3) talk to the coaches 4) go to skill camps 5) eat and sleep well 6) be consistent
Jason Helmes@anymanfitness

Bad news, dude: If your kid doesn’t play travel/AAU they have no chance of playing varsity in high school. Only exceptions would be small, rural schools without many players to choose from. Any decent sized high school, every kid on varsity plays travel.

Are any athletics programs paying graduation bonuses as an incentive to keep athletes? You start with us and stay with us, here’s a bonus. Something that benefits everyone (assuming good faith on athletic department) #NIL @Dan_Furman
