This is a common issue with #oneplus management, if it was under the warranty than they will tell the customer it has a software issue, your bad luck, your phone is out of warranty so they could be slicing customers #never_buy_oneplus_products

Hey @oneplus, I’ve been using a OnePlus 8T as my secondary device for years. First, I faced the green line issue, which was eventually replaced. A few months ago, I installed an official software update, kept the phone aside, and went to sleep.

I had also paid good money for a brand new OnePlus Nord 5 and it’s completely faulty after just 10 days. Less than 2 weeks! Quality control has completely left the building. Never such sub standard #oneplus prodcts, srvice cntre repaired new phon, no replacement provded @PeteLau
