@Maruti_Corp This is despite the booking being taken based on confirmed availability of the chosen color.Request immediate intervention and a direct resolution instead of only complaint registration.

@Maruti_Corp contacted by the call center n provided a complaint number, however there has been no further follow-up or resolution after that.The dealer has clearly stated that the Splendid Silver color is not being released and I am being asked to either opt for White or cancel the booking.
