Part of me also thinks Key didn’t want to be here anymore so that’s where the pivot to Gavrikov really came from

Agreed we weren’t utilizing properly at all, and the team was going in the wrong direction. BUT: Gavrikov makes cap point worse issue arguably. At least in 3-5 years when this team is competitive (hopefully) again Miller will still be late twenties, early thirties. Not mid-late thirties at same AAV as Gavrikov. Gavrikov will be 35+ for 3 years of his deal. Recipe for disaster

@youareameathead @ChelneyAndrew Ideally yes but we weren’t utilizing him properly and the cap considerations for the next 8 years. The team was already going down a bad path with him on the team. I don’t see how locking him in long term at a significant AAV here would help

Idk how they did it, but Citi Field’s Taste of Queens kimchi Reuben is extremely bland. The fennel kimchi is flavorless, the red cabbage-apple slaw adds nothing. There’s like no pastrami on this thing - all for $20. 3/10

As a voting Floridian, I have a few questions.
Do you support freedom of speech?
Do you support Stand Your Ground?
Hypothetical: Man B approaches Man A and they have a disagreement. Man B walks away. Man A pursues him anyway. They stop for a heated exchange of words. Man B reaches toward his pocket (allegedly). Man A punches him. They wrestle on the ground. During the fight, Man B shoots Man A several times and accidentally wounds himself.
Under most states laws including TN and Florida Stand Your Ground law, is this self-defense for Man B?
