@hmunitedkingdom @MastercardGG I have just had 3 of the rudest people in customer service uk 03447369000 after I initially called about an item I returned to open a case. The first person took over 20mins .Then eric GDPR &pretended he couldn’t hear me. Gave me a gmail address? I’m shocked . Can hm contact me

@LidlGB PT2 - The worker laughed (not helpful)at me when she saw me struggling with 8 attempts tying to use your receipts to open the barrier (I said I would be dead by now incase of an emergency). Reminds me not to shop in Lidl with this customer service.
