@AmazonHelp Wont there be a IGST Invoice instead of an SGST and CGST based invoice?

@amazonIN ordered a laptop from my business account, during the whole flow, you didnt inform that GST Invoice will not be provided if delivery state is not the same as GST state, and you dont give a GST invoice and your customer support says it is a policy...

@AmazonHelp Have already raised, but the contact center guy wasn't useful at all, since he went on the same journey as yours, and then referred to the policy, which we have seen is clearly not the reason

@AmazonHelp The link mentions that i will get a GST invoice till the product page mentions that GST invoice is made available by the seller, the screenshot that I shared with you shows that the seller offers GST invoice for the purchase. Therefore not sure what is to be referred from d link
