@jamiedupree I didn't vote for him, but I don't mind at all the effort to remove the sickening emphasis on slavery to the exclusion of everything else in all of our federal museums and historical sites.

A history which 98.4% of Americans in that time DID NOT participate in. The political lefts deep seated need to reduce American history stems from a hatred of America. If you must discuss history then it can only be discussed within the full context of slavery being a global practice for eons. For example, native Americans all practiced slavery for 1000’s of years. The left wants us to believe that slavery was uniquely American when in fact it was simply a way of life for humanity for 1000’s of years. Get over it.
