Away from the right to banking/Coutts’PR mess-up, in purely corporate reputation terms Nigel Farage not just a Telegraph-friendly Brexiter: he’s strongly pro-Trump, has been repeatedly condemned for using antisemitic tropes, and has been pally with far-right conspiracists.

Shocking how we train children to mask from a young age. I’ve had these comments my whole life. “Cheer up.’ ‘A smile wouldn’t hurt.” And so on. I have a flat affect. I like it. So deal with it! #Neurodiversity #ActuallyAutistic

This absolutely not true. The temperature being reported is AIR temperature above ground (over 1 metre+), not the GROUND temperature. Ground temperature will have been even higher in many of those locations, well in excess of 50°.

David Frost, "Rising temperatures (from climate change) are likely to be beneficial.. We can adjust to the perfectly manageable consequences of slowly rising temperatures." Frost also says the cost to mitigate climate change is 1-2% of GDP. Brexit now costs the UK 5.5% of GDP. So if we rejoin the EU, we can spend that extra on helping save the planet. Win-win.
