@BobbyBatthedoor Thanks! No action on the broker. Dispatch is a tool for carriers so they’ll call, book bid all the same.
If brokers don’t want to talk to AI, Dispatch can patch the carrier in but many brokers use AI for inbound / more receptive to AI as long as you’re not wasting their time.

One of the hardest things any tech person will ever find themselves doing in their career is trying to sell tech to truckers. The advice I always give FreightTech founders is asking them a simple question:
Are you building C3PO, or R2-D2?
Nobody wants a C3PO in their truck. It nags you all the time, tells you want you don't want to hear constantly, and will be doomed from launch.
R2-D2 on the other hand, that's like your best friend. A co-pilot Swiss Army Knife that gives you an extra 50 horse power at the push of a button? Yes please.
