There was no update on SMS, call & not even Email that I have to pay something. This is a really bad experience.

@DubaiFirstUAE Am surprised and disappointed. They are so eager in imposing fines and charges and that too very quietly. No reminder or notification on any payment due , no SMS , no email , no call even. Just fines. They even reduced my limit without consent. 0504839150. should complaint @CBUAE
